Saw Christy aka "Aslan" in the "Portobello" .. a riverside balcony nightclub in NewRoss, Co.Waterford, Ireland back in 2012.. I was at "the lowest of my low", failed marriage, alcoholism, life destroyed, lost everything.. that night Christy Dignam "saw my pain" gave me a huge hug and said.. "Life Is Tough Pal, Chin Up.. Feel No Shame !!" .. LIFE HAS IMPROVED IMMENSELY SINCE THEN, TO THE EFFECT THAT I HAVE TO KEEP IT PRIVATE. I'm SO HAPPY now, and I have "everything".. THANK YOU MR. DIGNAM.. R.I.P. ❤

Unfortunately, another in the long line of Irish bands dubbed as ''the next U2''. In all honesty...U2 were the ''next Aslan''. That's just my humble opinion.
I'd listen to Aslan all day long rather than U2...... I've always found "bono" to be an absolute jumped up prat who absolutely adores himself.... and then "the edge" oh just f off!!! At least Aslan and Christy had no air's and grace's about them. Aslan were one in a million, and should have got way more recognition for all they did over all those year's.
