    I watched your 4 part series on Mary’s Mini. I must say that you made some pretty awesome looking potato dishes throughout the 10 days. Day 10’s breakfast looked delicious in part 4. In this part 3 video, how cute are your kids! The potato cookie part was funny! I don’t think I’d do this diet. I don’t have weight to lose and I am doing the low fodmap for IBS now which is a beast of a diet, albeit temporary. I was curious about it though, so I enjoyed the videos. You didn’t seem too happy during the 10 days. Is that true?

      Ha - this was one of my first videos back in the day when I wasn't really doing RUclips properly. I think this was during my "I've lot too much weight" phase and I was experimenting still.... I don't think I was miserable - but I didn't love doing this :)

    For a nice band workout... Check out achv peak. They have a variety of nice workouts. I really like the bands because I travel frequently and they pack nicely in my bag. They have dumbbell workouts as well.

    Thanks for your vlog - was really interesting.
    I would recommend not to weigh daily but only at the end of the Mary's Mini.

      Absolutely - as you can see otherwise on my channel I eat whole food plant based, so pretty healthy :)

    peas are considered a starch and beets are not on mary's mini from what I was reading,that may have contributed to decreased wt loss.

    Very interesting how your weight fluctuated. It must be like you said that the workouts caused you to retain water... and you don't have much if any weight to lose. It was really fun following along though! Your fruit bowl looked amazing! 😋👍🏼

      In the video it was still steaming...the trick is to not have a.n.y moisture left. No steam = perfect tater waffle

    Want to do a mini but now I’m a little concerned about doing this with little or no weight loss.

      TO be fair I don't think I did it properly - I ate stuff that was tastier than it needed to be. THAT SAID - check out the Smoothie Cleanse I did. VERY different results...

    Other types of challenges: Dr. Brooke Goldner’s protocol of huge smoothie w/ greens, fruit & 1/3-1cup of Omega 3 (flax or chia). She keeps saying lots of Omega3s will lower weight. I have a hard time accepting that...especially when she adds avocado. Many use her diet for autoimmune healing, but I would like to see if a ‘normal’ dude, like yourself, would lose weight w/ tons of chia seeds [insert 😬]

    I love your videos. I do the starch solution with you after 2.5 years since last time I ate this way. I’m on day 3 and starting to see and feel changes already. It’s amazing and simple. I challenge you to try snake diet dry fasting for 5 days no food no water. Try it, you will lose 10 pounds and it’s pretty easy, but learn about it before you start. That’s the best way to lose weight and detox. Starch solution is the best way to keep the weight off as maintenance diet.

      Elad thanks! Can’t say I’m super interested in doing a pure fast where I can’t have anything. I don’t need to lose weight. I’m just experimenting.

      BTW. I just tried the peanut butter and jelly (I don't have berries)on romaine lettuce!!! OMG!!! It's delicious!! You have lots of good ideas.

    So in 10 days you can burn 2-4 lb. that’s like normal calorie restriction diet. The beauty of a high carb diet is that you can hardly gain any weight, but if you want to burn 1 lb of pure body fat a day do the Snake Diet. Nothing is faster and easier than just salt water fasting.

      I just find a lot of these things are short term and that's it. With the snake diet wouldn't it just come back?
