Dr. Sullivan is there a circadian rhythm to dopamine? I'm trying to find research on this, but not finding much. Attempting to make sense of a significant increase in both NMS and MS in non-medicated PD starting in late afternoon-evening? Is there a natural dip that could worsen PD symptoms? Or could it be a dopamine burnout? Meaning, a PD patient starts everyday off with much less dopamine in the tank,
and by the evening, especially if the day has been active, there is not enough dopamine reserves leading to increased PD symptoms, not related to medication"on-off," times? Thank you for producing these videos, very informative!

If you haven't already, I hope you will present the lecture on the difference in brain function and symptoms depending on which side of the body the tremor starts on. If you already have a lecture on that topic, can you send me a link? Thanks.

I’ve been trying to educate myself on PD as I’ve been having a few symptoms that point to PD. I’m only just beginning on this project, but this video is far above anything else I’ve come across. By looking at your playlist, I’ve got quite a way to go! I’m a retired librarian who loves to do research, so I’m really looking forward to learning all I can about this condition.
Thank you so much for all the time into making these videos for us!!!
