    Quick question, I drive for an expediting company and I own my own cargo van and I use Sylectus to let the people I drive for know when I'm available, log when I arrive, load up and drop off. But am I able to use this software to bid on runs myself? I know my company has has insurance on the cargo. I might be willing to pay that if I know I can set up the bids myself.

    • @erichoppe395
      @erichoppe395 6 лет назад +3

      Your current employer/broker seems to have you on a driver account, not allowing to bid on loads. I believe you need 5 or more trucks to login and bid on loads yourself, along with your own authority, insurance, etc. You can contact Omnitracs/Sylectus at (800) 348-7227

      Per mile depends on a lot of things. You really have to know your expenses first. Once you know your cost per mile, you can then figure out what it takes to be profitable. Shoot me an email and we can get a littler deeper eric.hoppe@sgls.net
