Brandon, this is the best advice that can be given to new brokers and those wanting to succeed. You're right on the money with your approach as a problem solver. What is interesting is that this approach is what works not only in brokering but also in the world of health care: whether selling management consulting services, or getting physicians to support new or changed processes. There is a universality to your words and game plan. Keep it up. More valuable than many will realize until they do it.
Awesome advice Brandon! I will definitely be incorporating your" how would it benefit you" question, into my approach. My husband and I drove otr for almost 4 years as team drivers, and now as we transition over to freight brokers, we do feel we can bring a unique level of understanding what issue's shippers deal with, based on our own driving experiences. I appreciate all the knowledge you share Brandon, you are awesome! when you are on a call with a Shipper or client it has to be about them, and don't make 100 calls, just make 10 quality calls.
Great video! I now have a good idea about how to start this daunting task
Thank you so much for this tip. I have watched a ton of videos and it seems like the majority of them are only clickbait. They promote their business and talk about themselves and their success but never get around to sharing the information that they promise.I will definitely be tuning in to your 5 video series. I have been a truck driver for 6 years and decided to explore different avenues of the industry. I have experience with Customer Service and Sales so I thought brokering would be a good idea. My authority just became active and I have been feeling very ill-prepared. This video helped tremendously.
thank you so much Britney! glad you're enjoying the channel!! peace and prosperity!

Badass advice!
I’ve learned so much thank you my brother
super duper fantastic!!
Hey Brandon I just finished a 3 video binge on your content. You got my "like" and "subscribed" I have two trucks leased on a larger company and things aren't adding up. I think this year I'm going to step away from the easy work and dive into the broker world and make the money two trucks should be bringing in. Would love to chat with you and gain some tools for my next step in life.
Omg I love the ending it spoke straight to me literally 1 year later and this is still relevant bc I needed it ♥️
thank you for commenting Chantel!! glad this helped!!
