I just recently found your channel & like the content so far. I'm also a current CDL holder who has 4 years driving experience. I just got hired at a local broker to be a new broker assistant. When I drove, I mostly did dry van & reefer trailers so that is where I have more first-hand knowledge.
Are there many videos you guys could point me to hear more true cold call of first contact & hear both people on the call as you're calling so I can learn more & be better starting out? I would also like to find ways to find the lower hanging fruit in the beginning.

regarding last call. what type of paperwork would be sent to shipper?
Most shippers need your insurance, w-9 , bond and authority paperwork. I do recommend having some sort of document that maybe has references or banking info or even a small org chart. Just a one pager.
