Have you had different experiences when buying a boat? Did your marina do something that you really appreciated or disliked?
I'm happy to see Canadian representation in the RUclips boating world!
Thanks eh ;) 🇨🇦
The most common question I get asked is "does boat really stand for Bring Out Another Thousand"
It always makes me grin, it's a great question though, also a good ice breaker and good for some smiles and laughs.
Then I explain to the lovely folks that a boat is so much more than that an go on to explain that's not what boat actually stands for, they then often ask what to expect when owning a boat.
As an honest fellow I have to tell them the truth,
Bend
Over
And
Take it
😯
LOL, I try to avoid that use of the acronym and prefer Best Of All Times ;-)
I am starting the process of "returning" to the boating world. Nice to see a Canadian resource like your channel. Thanks.... and am keeping an eye on your inventory.
We appreciate the kind words! If you want anything specific, please touch base :)
Nice and concise.
Love your videos
Thank you so much for this fantastic video, Sean! Very helpful.
Our pleasure Amir!
Excellent info. All of Lens Coves videos are great ❤
Thank you Mari!
I can't find your video that shows the 2 best Boat Black Book that one can use for determining fair value of the boat. Please advise.
I found a boat 3 years old but new never used, what should I be looking at and what should I ask?
Did it have fuel in the tank ever? Will the manufacture still honor the warranty? Why did it not sell? I suggest asking them to put a few hours on the boat before your lake test to make sure your sea trial exposes any of the equipment that is not working.
Lake Test same as Sea Trial
Yes - that is correct James
I have a question so i was looking at this boat a nice 24 foot 350cu sterndrive its an older boat 1975 with a inboard engine do you think it would be a good boat its selling at $1700
If it has been very well maintained and you are sure the structure is sound, then you never know. It is 46 years old though 😊
@@boatinglessons ok thanks it sold anyway
Don’t lie all boats have problems
