In this crazy take on the classic Alexander, we’re replacing the gin with Cynar - the wonderfully bitter Amaro made with artichokes. One of the favorites of our crazy takes on the Alexander, this cocktail is wonderful! The Cynar provides a grand bitter backbone which marries well with the cocoa and cream, providing subtle notes of coffee and cocoa.
