@@ObliColdI have to agree. Is God of War Ragnarok deserving of pretty much its other awards? Yeah. Is it a standout OST? You have no idea how grateful I am for this video, There was a song used in the background of a youtube video that really peaked my interest but I couldn't shazam it because they were talking over it, but I knew from the jazzy piano to the elegant strings that it had to be a xenoblade song. Not having ever played any of the games I only really knew the ost of the second game (mostly because of smash) and I didn't recognize it, but I remember seeing one of the characters in the trailer for 3 playing a flute so I started frantically looking through the XC3 ost videos on youtube and then this video got recommended to me and I found it. So longwinded story aside, thank you for this.

Yup I agree 1000% the singer in DE is doing way too much vibrato, and completely overpowering the track. The original sounded more dramatic and fit into the track a lot better. I changed the music back to the original just cuz of engage the enemy
@@jaredkhan8743 Can relate, it just kinda took me out of the mood of what was happening, not just in the progression to the crescendo of the track which is still beautiful, but in the game as well, in some cases less is more, the less pronounced voice of the original fits the kinda haunting feeling of the song so much better.
@@RealDeltavee The better instrument samples are mild enhancements compared to the completely butchered over the top choir of the remaster. The problem I have with the XCDE remasters is that some actually are a bit better and a few rare ones are a good bit better, but then there's ones like this that are essentially to the experience and blatantly better in the original so I can't help but go with those when I play the game.

Transformers Devastation thank you very much.
I still find the idea that Zeke might have actually made his own theme song hilarious.
Where does that idea stem from? I've never heard it before... 🤔

That is EXTREMELY on brand for him though lol, he would absolutely do that
i seriously think its impossible for them to make bad songs, like literally even if they tried to make it bad it would still be a banger
Right?! Even when they create silly and comical songs like Giga Rosa and Riki's theme it's still 🔥
