Hi Alvin, I loved the example( time stamp 2:46:00) in one of the change models of how when everything goes smoothly and then there is a sharp drop but this is also the most important time to transform.

Hi, this is really good material, very well explained, there is only one thing which I dislike. You put the slides on the screen, keep there for only 2-5 seconds then remove. If you want to go through it in details and if you really want to capture what is up there, you have to pause the video. We can still hear your voice until the slides are up there no need to remove them so quickly. I noticed that in most of the cases you put back the slides, then remove again for some seconds, but this causing a vibration in my brain after a while. So, if you could change this in the future that would be highly appreciated.

Alvin, I ordered ritas CAPM book per your package and Amazon sent me the PMP book instead lol. Can I still use this book or do I need to return it ? I do plan on eventually taking it.
@Ken MPA, If you plan to take your CAPM Exam after July 25, read through the Table of Contents to see if the topics it covers is what will be covered in the Updated CAPM Exam Content Outline on PMI's Website. The PMP Exam tests differently and is primarily situational-based than the CAPM Exam (which is more factual based).
Instead of focusing on the details of the PMBOK Guide, I would recommend reviewing PMI's CAPM Exam Content Outline first and understanding those concepts and referring back to this video, since the PMBOK Guide overlaps on many of the key concepts tested on the exam

Hi Alvin, I need your advice, hoping you will answer my question, thanks! I have studied for the CAPM exam, but I am not confident that I will pass before July 24th. Should I wait for the new exam to have more time to prepare, even though I have spent a month studying for the old exam?
@iamsandyshan, if you're scoring at least 70-80% or higher on your current CAPM Exam Simulators, you're in a really great spot to take the exam. Since there is roughly one week until your scheduled exam date, if your score is not higher than 70%, I recommend rescheduling to take the new exam in the future, so you'll have more time to prepare based on PMI's New Exam Content Outline. I will release a future video about passing the NEW CAPM Exam, so stay tuned!

I reviewed them multiple times, but when i attempt mock exams on PrepCast, i struggle with their confusing questions and similar answer choices. This is making me so anxious. Can you guide me on what I might be doing wrong? Are the actual CAPM questions similar to the ones in PrepCast? Thanks

Alvin, I ordered ritas CAPM book per your package and Amazon sent me the PMP book instead lol. Can I still use this book or do I need to return it ? I do plan on eventually taking it.
@Ken MPA, If you plan to take your CAPM Exam after July 25, read through the Table of Contents to see if the topics it covers is what will be covered in the Updated CAPM Exam Content Outline on PMI's Website. The PMP Exam tests differently and is primarily situational-based than the CAPM Exam (which is more factual based).

Instead of focusing on the details of the PMBOK Guide, I would recommend reviewing PMI's CAPM Exam Content Outline first and understanding those concepts and referring back to this video, since the PMBOK Guide overlaps on many of the key concepts tested on the exam

I have studied for the CAPM exam, but I am not confident that I will pass before July 24th. Should I wait for the new exam to have more time to prepare, even though I have spent a month studying for the old exam?
Don't hurry, prepare for new CAPM well and give the exam in August.
@iamsandyshan, if you're scoring at least 70-80% or higher on your current CAPM Exam Simulators, you're in a really great spot to take the exam. Since there is roughly one week until your scheduled exam date, if your score is not higher than 70%, I recommend rescheduling to take the new exam in the future, so you'll have more time to prepare based on PMI's New Exam Content Outline. I will release a future video about passing the NEW CAPM Exam, so stay tuned!

Hi Alvin, i have completed two CAPM courses on Udemy by Joseph Phillips and Andrew Ramdayal. I reviewed them multiple times, but when i attempt mock exams on PrepCast, i struggle with their confusing questions and similar answer choices. This is making me so anxious. Can you guide me on what I might be doing wrong? Are the actual CAPM questions similar to the ones in PrepCast? Thanks
Excellent Summary but you've mixed up definitions of "iterative" and "incremental". Please correct for viewers sake. Edited to add: Management Reserve is allocated for "unknown unknowns" which are "in scope" but weren't identified during planning.
