Hi Jana! Cricut Design Space has had an update since I made this video, and the mat preview looks a little bit different now when you click “Make It”. In this video, the letters look darker than the mat in the Make It preview, but now since the update, they look the same colour as the mat with a white outline. If that’s what yours looks like, that’s normal and it should cut properly! Does that sound like what’s happening on your screen? Does it look right on your canvas (before you hit make it)? Have you tried doing the cut yet? Let me know if you’re still having problems and we can troubleshoot 😊

Why do my letters look like an outline and not solid after I click make it?
