    Thank you so much for making for this video! There aren’t many about the brewer diet.
    When I was pregnant, I mentioned to my doctor I was going to follow the brewer diet and she said didn’t know what it was.
    It’s a real shame! I believe every pregnant woman should be given this diet. So grateful to have found it. I loved being pregnant!

    Thanks for sharing your story and how this diet has helped you. I’m newly pregnant with my second and I’m trying this diet again. I didn’t stick with it last time and now I’m wondering if malnutrition was the cause of some of my complications. Trying to do better this pregnancy. God bless❤

    Thank you for sharing this video. I just heard about the Brewer's diet and realize I have not been getting nearly the protein I should. It helps to think of nourishing my body rather than feeling ashamed for the weight I have gained. I decided I am going to focus on getting all this nutrition as a measure of pregnancy success and stop weighing myself multiple times a day to meet the expectations on a random pregnancy app I downloaded a few months ago.
    I also really don't like eating meat, but I am considering trying to eat it again just because I am not succeeding at getting adequate protein without it... at least for the next few months. Or maybe making a meal options chart like you did would help.
    Also, breaking it up over many small meals each day seems much more doable than cramming 1/3 of the diet into Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

    Any ideas of what to sub for dairy? 😢 being lactose intolerant what can I do to get all that protein? So hard!

      Cocojune yogurt with protein granola, it’s pricey but delicious! Malk, the almond milk, with vegan Orgain protein powder may also be worth looking into! You can also sub avocado for cheese on eggs, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I recommend writing it out to get a gauge and starting from there 💕 you got this!! Let me know what you come up with!

      You can add or take away from the diet to uniquely fit your lifestyle. 😊
