- Storm after storm pummeled the Sierra this winter dropping almost 3 times the normal amount of snow. By April, the sun came out transforming it all to perfect corn and I decided to make the pilgrimage, like many other friends. This video highlights five awesome days of skiing around Bishop, California in the Eastern Sierra:
- 4/19: Mount Emerson N Couloir + Wahoo Gully with Nick B and Pat. 12.5 miles, 7,100ft vertical
- 4/20: Scheelite Chute with Nick B and Pat. 6.1 miles, 6,200ft vertical
- 4/21: Birch East Gully with Nick B and Pat. 12.5 miles, 7,400ft vertical
- 4/23: Norman Clyde N Couloir, Sill N Couloir, U Notch, Thunderbolt N Couloir with Nick P and Sam. 23.9 miles, 11,900ft vertical
- 4/25: University Peak E, S, W faces with Nick P, Sam, and John. 15.8 miles, 9,300ft vertical Спорт

The skiing was so good! Snow is going to be around for awhile which is dope for us, but I feel sorry for those thru hikers. Maybe they would ski tour the sierra section
