Another issue that people are just now starting to talk about is the roll pin located above the trigger walking out a bit after 100 rounds or so or if you are firing rapidly, this isn't a common issue and your pdp model may be just fine but some out there are off spec and there is not much you can do if you're the unlucky one, it's frustrating because you won't know until you have already purchased the gun and fired it, I was very disappointed when this happened to me, I have since gone back to Glock pistols as they don't have the best trigger, the gen 5 trigger is much better and glock has never failed me, all that really matters is that you can trust it to work every time, had my roll pin not had any issues I would still be running the pdp, tried blue and red loctite also, that did not fix the issue

Just bought mine and after 150 rounds my roll pin also walked out. I went to the range fired 150 rounds, holstered the weapon and went home to clean my weapon and noticed the pin walked out.

I had no idea that this was happening to the PDP. Was this only happening to the 1.0? I stumbled onto a video that said Walther PDP had a major flaw, then I stumbled onto your video that explained it in detail. I have the 2.0 compact and I don't have that issue. I've had my 2.0 for two weeks now, so I am assuming that it only happens to the Walther PDP 1.0 version?

Just bought a PDP and put 50 rounds through it on the day I bought it, took it home to oil it up some more and put another 100 rounds through it last night.
It seems to struggle with rounds going into battery, also when extracting rounds they are coming back and bouncing off the slide. The finish is pretty beat up in that area after only 150 rounds and I have thousands of rounds through my P226 and not a single mark on the slide from when the round is extracted. Is that normal on all PDP's? I know its only cosmetic but wanted to check if it was linked to the pistol struggling to cycle rounds.

Will they recall those guns that do get dead triggers? I have 4 PDP’s and my oldest a gen 2 5” FS does this.

I talked to Walther directly. They won’t.
They don’t care about their current customers. I had a friend call and ask as well and he was patronized by them.

I love Walther PDP but there are forgiven, canik had a few problems and people give up on it because it's a clone

False this happens with all striker fired guns. Rhe difference is it depends on how far you pull the slide bavk. Walther has a very long disconnector goove whixh is why this issue is easy to replicate.
