I have 2 daughters and a lovely wife. I'm glad Walther is stepping up to address THEIR needs as lawfully armed citizens and in a serious manner with serious defensive firearms. Good job, Walther.
This ad is way more realistic than I wish it was.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 it's not though. It's a nice narrative driven concept, but it's not reality. I read the crime reports daily in my area... trust me, it's not realistic.
@@stelonous people clearly agree with him more than you, so you’re wrong😂… he has 5 upvotes and you have none lol
I love how this ad is in the same continuity as the original PDP commercial.
Welcome to the Walther Cinematic Universe.
@@lumberjack218 Lol. Good one. We will start to have recurring villains and heroes.
Yeah it's fairytale opposite world....
Where the whyte guys are criminals and the sista saves the day
I love seeing the Phlster Enigma and Phlster Pro holster used in this commercial. People are getting smarter about their carry gear and smart people know about Phlster and are all in on the Enigma. It’s great to see a gun manufacturer working with high quality companies like this pre-launch for day one support gear and marketing to the serious end user this way.
Was wondering what kinda holster they had especially the lady officer. That nice.
@@jeromebuchanan4346 That lady holster was ridiculously huge.
I wish the Enigma wasn't so damn expensive.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 quality holsters all are. And it's a duty holster, probably a Safari land, so it's a multi gun holster that holds onto the light not the gun
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 They are expensive, but they are superb! I’m a female and it takes concealed carry to the next level for me.
Great video. The actors, the fast paced editing, sound track all were excellent. Should sell a bunch of Walthers.
Not just a "ladies" gun but a choice to be considered by any qualified purchaser, well thought out features and benefits for guys too.
Agreed
This gun is also for those guys who have "hobbit-sized" hands. They are challenged to reach the trigger properly.
Same I'm thinking about getting one for my dad as he's getting up in his years and with his arthritis his hands aren't what they used to be, this would definitely be a great carry gun for him and me!
It's not just a ladies' gun, but i love that it comes with little breasts.
You guys nailed this. Fantastic work and I hope you guys set the standard with this type of advertising.
Good to see self reliant responsible citizens depicted. Reminiscent of late 19th and early 20th Century Colt and S&W promotions depicting armed honest folks stepping up to resist evildoers and being deputized by the cops to protect society. Down with politically correct sheeple propaganda.
I believe this first firearm purposely designed to meet the ladies needs without compromising size. Great job guys 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Most certainly not
It even has a built in compartment for lipstick and tampons! Just amazing!
YESSSS Walther stepping things up! Can't wait to see these in stores.
Love walther for making these videos really shows a good example of why we need to be able to protect ourselves to people who are against citizens carrying guns
Love seeing the Phlster Enigma in this.
that thing is so stupid. Just get a $12 ulticlip.
@@XDWX 😂 ulti clips are okay when they're new but in my experience they wear out pretty fast. I've had and worn out a set of the og clips and the XL. If you want a good clip look at Discreet Carry Concepts. Now, the Enigma isn't for everybody but it's definitely a game changer for a lot of folks. Disregarding its validity without trying it and then saying just use ulti clips is pretty asinine thing to say.
@@nwmotog So do you own a Philster Enigma? I could say the same to you about thinking a product works well even if you have never tried it. Either way thats a BS argument. I dont have to try a concrete life jacket in order to find out it doesnt work well. Most intelligent people can research something and compare it to other known things and make a fair assessment.
I convert all of my conceal carry holsters to be used with an Ulticlip. Been using them every day for years with none wearing out. I use them with everything from jeans, juijistu pants, running shorts, scrubs, sweatpants, etc. If the clip wears out its only $12, just replace the stupid thing and you are still better off than the overpriced garter belt Enigma with strings and crap.
@@XDWX I absolutely do. And I've been able to conceal everything from a full sized g17 to p365 with ease with it. And it's so much more comfortable than with how tight you have to make your draw strings to keep the weight of your gun from pulling your shorts down with an ulticlip. You don't have to use the garter, you can put a dcc clip on the front of your holster to keep the rig from rising on the draw. Comparing a concrete life jacket to the Enigma is pretty absurd btw. There plenty of evidence showing the viability of the Enigma. If you can't wrap your head around that then I guess that's a "you" problem. Many people have ran the Enigma through ecqc classes, bjj, and other combative training without issue. It's popping up in classes all over the place and the skeptical trainers always end up writing super positive things about the student/rig, when they do. Ulti clips were cool for what they were when they came out but they've been rendered obsolete. And not just by the Enigma.
@@nwmotog I just looked at the DCC clips. They look like over time it could rip a hole into your pants from the edge that is turned upwards that creates tension on your waistline. Has that ever been an issue for you?
Gets caught with the Red Dead Redemption backdrop 😆
I was hoping for a new take on PPS. But now I got to get my wife this. My PDP is the only gun she likes to shoot.
I've been waiting on a PPS "plus" for a few years, now. Guess I'm gonna have to go elsewhere if I'm gonna get it in *this* lifetime...
Right !! I can't get the PDP out of my girls grip
Just buy her a compact.
Same. I love Walther but I'm seriously disappointed they havent come out with anything like the Hellcat, P365xl, G43x. I carried a PPS M2 but replaced it with a g43x due to the 15 round capacity and being the same size gun.
You won't regret getting her one.
I am a Walther PDP fan 😎 Great video! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Walther makes some great guns and there trigger's are awesome......
they do but the reset is missing that tactile snap . It kind of just plops back in place. I wish they would make their reset more of a positive click and forced back. Its weak IMO, Love the rest of the gun. I carry a 43X everyday and I really like the PDP compact but the trigger reach seemed a bit far for my fingers. Maybe I wont be called a sissy if I got this F series.
I'm a guy and I own two Walthers already and I think this is my next gun.
It'll go perfectly with your man boobs!
That was a very well done video
@WaltherFirearms whomever you hired to conceptualize and produce your PDP advertising campaign hit the bullseye. These videos are fantastic.
That's the greatest portable pizza oven ad I have ever seen!
I was thinking the same thing. I was wondering if I was the only one with that noticed that!
they're real, u can find them in Miami
Love the appropriate mural.
Ive had older Walthers and always loved them! My Springfield Elite 3.8 in 10mm is my baby, have the 4.5 big brother in 10mm but my Sig and Walthers have always been my pistols of choice!!!
Really outstanding video. Well done.
Welcome to the movies! Well deserved!
Cool yet serious commercial. I have the PDP compact, love it and don't really need the F type, but I will definitely recommend people giving it a look.
I love that the “bad guy” has a PDP hat on!
I love the design of the ad, the part that looks like a video-game. Made me appreciate it quite well!
Going to be a great gun no matter who is holding it! Nice carry size and capacity combo.
Well damn Walther Firearms, this was a good ad in keeping with the previous PDP introduction. The unfortunate thing though, is at this moment somewhere this threat is real. I currently own the PDP compact and will be getting my wife the PDP F-series. Great video!
Awesome commercial. Props to Walther and their advertising firm. Hopefully we see more of these soon (like for the PPS M3).
PPS M3????
Yay! Now lower the bore axis, make the slide release a little shorter and bring back the PPQ/P99 paddles!
Good on you, Walther!
I'll be sending this my wife's way. Thank you Walther.
Nice to read a comment from a guy who doesn't have a problem with Walther's having designed a gun for women.
Sold!!! Thanks Walther!! I NEED this.
Love this promo, also the fact they shot it in wynwood ❤
My wife got her CCW permit a year ago and has four weapons on her permit. A S&W Shield EZ, Sig P320 compact, a Staccato C and a Walther PDP-F…. By far, she prefers the Walther over the others.. Great gun and great video
Pleas put out a sub compact that competes with the p365 and Hellcat with an optic cut and an accessory rail.
They wont. Walther is more interested in WOKEness than what their customers really want. They had to really "dig" just to "invite" women to their stupid "roundtable discussion" video. Their marketing dept should be fired
Which is ironic considering the ladies actually buy p365's and Hellcats as well
@@jmmartin7766 woke 😂😂😂
@@jmmartin7766 I don't c a problem with makin shit for all consumers. Did I miss something?
@@DatNygma It's not made for "all" consumers. It's made solely for women, which wouldn't be a problem if Walther wasn't marketing it in true WOKE fashion.
Watch their other video and read what their website has to say to see how 'men aren't welcome' where this firearm is concerned
CHECK OUT THE RDR2 wall painting in the background!
Love these promo vids
4:26 Arthur I have a plan, we going to shot another PDP ad, but with a different name.
Great video of learning correct training. Encouraging women to learn self-defense and discipline.
Nice to see the Phlster Enigma chassis and holster set up making its rounds.
Walther has the best Real life situation videos👀😳👌🏽💯
Great video!
Hell yeah. That was great!
I will ‘identify’ with the F series.
You all can snark all you want, but there are very few pistols that shoot as good as the Walther PDP.
Smith and Wesson isn't WOKE & yet they *still include women in their planning.*
That’s my old neighborhood, two dudes trying to jack a food truck checks out as legit
Except considering overtown is next door, they got the dudes all wrong 😂👍🏿
Love Walther pistols. Release those PDP SD Pros… my money is waiting!
Me too‼️
GREAT video !
Ohio just went Constitutional Carry today.
Love that mural of rdr2 but also love the video. I own the PDP, amazing pistol. But I bet the F series is just as great
If you guys make a PDP365 next, I will get two of them
There's a thought. I like it.
Hopefully they can make a subcompact variation of this, or maybe try their hand at a micro-9 of some sort.
it is a compact pistol
@@Asidebar correct. But even compacts can be too big for some, and oftentimes they are better suited for fall/winter carry (especially when it comes to women, which is primarily who this pistol was designed for). A subcompact/micro-compact is better suited for summer carry and other situations where deeper concealment might be necessary
Great commercial. LOVE IT! I am buying F Series.
Enigma plug was a nice touch
I've only used Walther Handguns my whole life. My first is a Interarms Walther PPKS 380. People have tried to Convince me to get a Glock, or others brands, and I refuse to. My next purchase will be a PDP, or PDP F.
I just got this F series and love it so far. I'm looking for a good Inside the waist holster, can you tell me what holster is the lady using in this video?
I loved it
Do you still have to ask for a 3 dollar mounting plate or does it ship with one?
Can’t wait to get the gun for my wife, my daughter has the P22 and I have Q4SF. One thing though, as someone from Miami, whoever filmed this is obviously not from here 😂😂😂😂
Go Walther! Hope you guys sell a zillion of these pistols.
Impressive gun & super impressive girl.
Walther p22 -15° handle 45shot clip, and the pyramidal silencer replacement for weighted-barrel-tipper
I love the ad
Nice video
@Waltherarms: Any chance to see a small grip version similar to the PPQ-SC, so the PDP F 3.5 fits the IDPA BUG Box?
Dammit. I already want it!
Been a fan of Walther since the p99. I use to think the ppq was the best until the pdp came out, and now another model
Wish you have a 380 pdp f series for us seniors double stock coz loading takes time.
I am a 40 yo 6'4" 240lb male. I can run any handgun from 22 short to 500 magnum. I too would be very interested in a 380 version with 15 rounds. Would just be fun.
Looks great but where is the PDP pro SD?
Nice
What holster was she using in 2:20 ?
Damn... I would like this also... It would sit nice next to my pdp
What's the difference between the f series and the Walther PDP?
@@mmafanatic-tz5or slide racking and backstrap. It's unfortunate because I would have hoped those items could be slotted into a normal PDP, but looking at the grips, the F and normal won't be compatible.
I got it say that is a great video
PHLster cameo!
Dam this was a good video
This makes me wanna go buy a Walther F-series pistol. And I've only shot Sigs & Glocks
You should try one, I believe you will love it! I believe Walther makes excellent pistols. It's no secret they have some of the best triggers in the business. The break is like glass and the reset is on point. I believe out of the box Sig and Glock can't touch them as far as triggers go. I've found as far as craftsmanship they're equal to if not better than both. Sig and Glock nuff said, apparently you great taste in weapons. Try the Walther PDP, it's easily in this class.
EDUCATION is Key To SUCCESS !!!!!!
Hats Off Walther !!!!!!
Please tell me this comes in 380 cal
Great video presentation. Stay strapped or get clapped
could have been improved by having a clip around 3:54 that shows a paper target relating to the range scene with a tight grouping center mass to show how effective the placement and how easy it was to control without showing wounds.
First off who orders extra pizza sauce? Second philster enigma is dope and should be looked into if you haven’t seen it. Third I love more people catering to the female market more than just coloring a small gun pink.
just get a $12 ulticlip that does the exact same thing without all the extra nonsense strapped around your body.
If that works for you, then great, but for me it's nice not having my holster pulling down on my pants all the time.
@@ChaimS if you wear pants that fit properly you won't have that problem
I need this for my small hands. How is the grip size compared to a p365xl or a glock 48?
The trigger distance is about the same as a P365, but the grip circumference is larger.
@@That-Will-Do-It i had a pdp and it was slightly too big for my hands. Sold it in hopes something like the f series was going to come out. Now i just have to wait for one to hit the lgs.
Now I want pizza. During business hours only, though.
Unfortunately it looks like the backstrap on the F is very specifically designed so that you can't order it to fit on a normal PDP. :( I think my hand would like that thinner backstrap as I don't have large hands.
So essentially it’s a reg PDP with the small back strap on and 3.5in barrel ???
Plus trigger further back plus a lighter recoil spring is my guess
The cut on the grip where it meets the beavertail allows you to get a much higher grip to control recoil compared to the standard PDP. The slide is also easier to rack, new recoil spring, reduced trigger reach, and it also comes in a 4" model too. Perfect for women or guys with small hands (or those who feel like the standard PDP is too snappy).
@@JacksonWalter735 The P365 is perfect for women with small hands. This is still a compact pistol that few women will carry.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 I think it would depend on the women and what their primary goal for carrying is. I haven't seen an f series in person, but the ergonomics should be pretty comfortable considering the PDP's reputation. Just based off of photos alone it should fill out the hands more and feel less like a rectangular block compared to the P365's grip. Theoretically it should be more shootable and handle recoil better for women as well based on size and weight.
I agree that this fewer women will carry this though compared to something like the P365. Even before the microcompacts, many women preferred carrying the tiny single stacks (primarily the S&W Shield, Ruger LC9, and Glock 43) from my experience. I'm still hoping Walther releases a PPS that can compete with the P365.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 I agree. My wife wouldn't carry this. She loves her Bersa Thunder.
So there is now a sub compact PDP that I’ve been waiting for, but it’s geared towards women?
Pretty much
Walther is stupid. Who decides their 'long term planning' goals?!
@UCsT5_6TelsK4x28tqHGvSZQ Watch the other vid they put up as 'companion' to this one and it'll tell you all you need to know...
Its not a sub compact its still 15 round like the regular compact and uses the same mag as the compact
@@matthewlauer8530 its the same size as a regular compact
3:43 so PDP > Beretta 92?
I like the PPQ series more.... if you can lower the magazine and accessories price, it can save these guns
How about something to compete with the P365?
Nah, best they can do is make this.
@@matthewlauer8530 💯
Simple i would actually practice train and go to classes with this not a p365 have u tried to shoot 1k rounds in 2 days through 365? Its a bit brutal. Why not train with what u carry instead of just following what everyone else is doing.
@@boomee78 Maybe I want to carry a micro-9 that happens to compete with the P365
@@boomee78 Maybe he can carry what he wants. The PPS should have an increased capacity version by now. Walther is asleep at the wheel.
Does F-Series mean female series?
Great ad walther empowering women!👍🇺🇸💪🇩🇪
Awesome commercial. Bienvenidos a Miami.
I really hate shooting anyone, but I have a family to take care of.
So does the F stand for female? Am I the only one who got that impression?
I asked the same question. Clearly that is their target marketing demographic.
Yep, it’s front and center on their web site. Grip circumstance and trigger reach sized for women’s hands.
Yes, it stands for female. It was designed for women.
You need to bring that bore axis down you can very visibly see the recoil snap come up so high. Like the idea of making female specific models though
Great commercial………great firearm………..and that sista is 🔥 af. Lol
Just purchased one for my wife today hope she likes it. Walther makes a great guns 👍💪
I love the Walther P99, the PPK could use an actual Facelift (Full pun intended there's still risk of Slide Bite).
Let Freedom ring!
Dang that woman needs to handle that pistol lol she seems like shes tryin not to hurt it hahaha
Wow that was cheesey
Walther should have rounded the end of the slide for easier holstering.
I'm 5'7 male made of carne asada burritos. I'm getting because (1)my duty G19 gen5 trigger sucks.(2) G43,43×,48 are too small.(3) G27 is very wide. (4) Previous gun was Hk P2000sk was reliable but super boxy.
it's funny seeing one of the bad guy has my carry gun
