Great and sincere advice
Thank you, you are welcome!
UroChannel edta is a calcium chelator, might be useful for removing/weakening the calcified plaques.
Hi Dr. Buntrock, thanks for the suggestions in the video.
I've read your reply to a previous comment about the phallosan device, where you mentioned that it's difficult to recommend traction devices given the individual patient differences. Like many of your viewers probably have, I've got a mild form of Peyronie's with a lateral curvature (bending to the left). My urologist here in the Netherlands and I would like to try out daily use of a traction device in combination with oral treatments, but he has no prior experience with traction devices.
I've read several studies on the relatively new traction device called RestoreX (developed by Dr. Trost). However, to my knowledge, it's only available for purchase in the United States. Although I understand it's difficult to give general recommendations for traction devices, would you know if there's any way to purchase the RestoreX device in Europe? If that's not possible, is there any alternative that you would recommend, which is available for purchase in Europe?
Dear Mr. Hulshof,
RestoreX seems to be an interesting option. But it is not approved in the EU and they won't ship to Europe. The only way to get a hold on it is more or less that you have to travel to the US yourself and try to buy it there.
Andropenis, Phallosan and Penimaster are the ones on sale in Germany that I know of.
Thank lot Doctor for peyronies informative video.i from USA pakistan
So wie Sie es sagen: es hilft nicht wirklich etwas, außer letztendlich die Operation (auch wenn diese ebenfalls nicht in der Lage ist, den Zustand, wie er vorher war, wiederherzustellen)! Very tricky Situation!
Where do you get the stretching device
Red light therapy can help with Peyronie's?
Hi Dr. Buntrock, I have Peyronies disease and have had this problem for about 3 months. I think it came about from doing injections use to assist with erection issues. I used the injections for about 4-6 months and was achieving good erections. After a while I started noticing the curvature. It's to the point now where intercourse is not possible. It's really affecting my life, mentally and physically. I purchased the sound wave device but have only used it about 4 times and there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Will the stretching devise help with this issue and should I continue using the sound wave devise?
Hi, stretching might be effective. Today, I uploaded a video about shockwaves and some months ago about Collagenase, which is still available in the U.S. Best regards!
Therefore, traction device and massage against the erection will give results, If one passed the inflammatory period?
Is penis extender "Penimaster" safe for usage for penile enlargement over the long term usage of many months?
Dr stefan , Im 48 year old , never ever knew about these peyronie , but LOOK I HAVE all my life, as far I can remember 17y old , but never a pain never a ed, but lately I been having difficul to hold it
It bend downward about 20-15 * degrés, should I see Urologie dr or is too late for me and is my age what is trouble le ,
thank you in advance
Dear Kratos, it might be a good idea to see a urologist for the ED. Concerning the curvature there are other possibilities apart from Peyronie's like congenital cuvature, especially since you have this from your youth on. Best regards!
Hello Doctor! I need your advice on my case. I'm 19 and have been noticing my curve for a year now, it is curved to the left by 40 to 44 degrees approximately. The erection is not painful and I don't know if it will hurt or not while penetrating. I'm a bit confused and worried about it. Do u think it's normal or should I consult a doctor? Thank you.
You should definitely have a urologist look at it and do an examination.
Hello Doctor. May I ask a question? I have Peyronies. at first it was a bad curve to side. The curve is almost gone on its own, but I now have "turtling". I have gained a lot of weight (50 lbs) in the last 16 months. Is it possible that the excess weight is causing the turtling? Thank you, Doctor.
Hello, you are most probably right. Massive weight gain let’s the penis appear smaller.
Hi Doc, can it break down fibrosis (mild) in the corpus cavernosum and repair that tissue back to smooth muscles cells? This fibrosis is non calcified?
I am sorry, fibrosis can’t be reversed.
Hi Dr.Buntrock I am really scared about this as I'm just a teen and I think I might have this. I'm super embarrassed to say something about it too. I feel like it has gotten more curved over the year and I'm super scared. Is there anything I can do?
Hello John! Peyronie's disease in teenagers is a rare condition. I recently uploaded a video about it: ruclips.net/video/9ktxaNRpP0g/видео.html
May be it would be a good thing to get an examination at a urologist near you, to find out whether you might have a problem or not.
Hi Dr. Buntrock, my understanding is the plaque can be scar tissue and also calcification - is it still your view that Shockwave therapy does not work?

Thank you. I am afraid, I don't know any urologist in Bangalore. Sorry.
Which treatment are most successful without surgery?
Shock wave or injunction
Hello, Doctor. I have fibrosis as a result of taking medications. Tell me, can stem cells cure fibrosis? Do they replace dead tissue or just form new cells without replacing them? Tell us more about scaffolds and stem cells. Is there any hope of victory? Thank you

2022 has arrived. Kindly share details IF available. Kindly personally let me know as and when it is published or shared.
Thank you for taking interest in my channel! I think I will upload an update in the middle of the year when I have more data on non-calcified plaques. I will try to remember to notify you. Alternatively, you may click the bell, so you get notified whenever I upload something new.
Which traction device you recommand? I am also from germany found it out in december 2020 and currently at Ukm Münster, which recommand tadalafil and a vacuum device 10 minutes per day. I bought in january 2021 a traction device from phalosan-forte but not sure if ii is safe to use
Phallosan forte is safe to use with Peyronie’s disease. It is not easy to recommend a certain device. It depends on the individual patient. I’ve seen problems with the setup in selected patients with all devices available in Germany.
Came here looking for comfort..
Found the opposite...
And the kinda a good thing because now Ive sent message to my doctor that I need help..
Hello doctor, thank you for your helpful video. Isn't traction dangerous for the tissues of the healthy part of the penis? And is the correction in the curve and the increased penile length will be permanent after the end of the therapy?
Best regards.
Hello Mr. Shikdaher, no, traction is not dangerous. All changes are permanent as soon as the disease enters the stable phase, also regarding curvature.
@@UroChannel1A Thanks a lot for your helpful response.
@@UroChannel1A it's a very valuable channel Dr. Buntrock
How do you know if the scar tissue is calcified yet?
This has to be validated by ultrasound.
Wow very informativ
Thank you!
hello doctor
I have all the signs of peyronies including a stiff and slightly bent penis with a loss of length and pain after an injury.
but the doctors and the ultrasound scan show no peyronies plaque and the doctor won't accept I have peyronies disease.
hes telling me I have transient scar tissue that will remodel itself and go away
I've had a professor of Urology tell me the same and physical examination showed no palpable plaque
but I have an Indentation. and a very stiff penis like a dead body. I have no erectile issues but it does hurt.
I'm so confused. do I have peyronies or not. My MRI scan also came back normal.
it's been 6 months since the injury. I still have some swelling on the top part of the penis that hasn't resolved .
I'm considering stem cell injections and PRP
should I start the shockwave therapy and a penile extender now ?
I'm so confused
Hi Falcon Wings, please have a look at my playlist on Peyronie’s disease: Peyronie's Disease

A lot of my Peyronie patients don’t have calcified plaques. This means, they are not visible on ultrasound. Depending on the location of the nodule, it is sometimes difficult, if not impossible to identify with palpation. In these cases, an injection test should be performed to assess and measure the deviation angle. Together with a typical history, this should be enough to put a diagnosis on this and discuss treatment options. In your case, it seems, the injection part is missing, although your description is suggestive of Peyronie’s. Best regards, Stefan Buntrock
Will ultrasound therapy help break up the plaque?
Hello! No, ultrasound won't be effective. Shockwave therapy might under certain circumstances. Please have a look at this video of mine: ruclips.net/video/d-FiYfd41NA/видео.html
Hello doctor. i had my PD for 4 months mines not curved its on my shaft its like a ring around it

Thanks for the heart.
Can you get this whene your young like 11-13
Very unlikely. However, at young age, Chordee is a birth defect that causes the penis to bend. I will release a video about Chordee on June 19.
Mine is curving but I’m 15 is it because it’s growing and I have 7 inches is it curving because it’s becoming too big?
Hard to say. Please watch my video about Chordee, may be you'll get more input here.
@@UroChannel1A thank you so much

I'm moving to Germany. I'd like to see you. I've been experiencing this since October 2019...I wonder which phase I am in since it's been over 18 months...I have not done anything thus far. No pain just a bent to the left.

You have definitely a point here. So far, there was no need, but with UroChannel growing bigger, a translation is becoming more important.
Could it be possible for gains wave to cause peyronies, I developed peyronies after I tried gains wave to help with Ed , or was it to late already
No, shockwaves don’t cause Peyronie’s!
Hey doctor I am afraid for surgery pls which medication use
Please watch my video until the end. I am telling exactly which medication I prescribe.
I have had a bent penis ever since my childhood and I have never had any erectile pains or any complications. I am 33 now. I wonder if mine is a disease. Kindly explain my situation doc. Thanks 👍🏻
Congenital penile curvature has nothing to do with Peyronie‘s disease. It is something you are born with. If you don’t experience functional limitations, no treatment is necessary.
Hey doctor. I’m 27 and about 3 months ago. I suffered an injury through sex. Ever since I have a lot of pain when I get an erection on the left side of my penis shaft. I don’t necessarily have a curve but my penis is getting a twist on the side that it hurts. Will the pain ever go away?
Hi, you should have your penis checked by a urologist to make sure, you didn't suffer from any injuries to your urethra during that accident. Painful erections are a warning sign that something might be wrong.
Can a low-normal Testosterone level over a long time cause this? My husband is still in acute phase and is almost 90 degrees. Urologist here just gives Sildenafil, which gives him a crazy headache.
Low testosterone might be a possible cause. However, much is still unclear. 90 degrees is a lot, a traction device can be tried and maybe Tafalafil is better tolerated.
@@UroChannel1A Dr., what dosage of Tafalafil and how often? Thanks.
It's 5 mg a day!
What about using castor oil?
Castor oil has no effect to my knowledge.
Is penile traction safe only for penile lengthening?
I will do a video on penile traction devices shortly!
Doctor, my peins is curve ,and I think it's not normal, is all curve penis a Peryonies disease ,if so, can it be straight again if we stop masterbation?...Pliz Reply
Not all curvatures are due to Peyronie’s disease. I am going to release a video on Chordee in two days.
Hi doctor, I’ve always had a bent penis since birth and never had an issue until I injured it during sex. My left side is numb and hurts while my right side feels fine. It’s been 8 months and I’m about to go see a urologist but I’ve heard xiaflex and surgery are not a good option..
It depends very much on the problem. Please wait what your urologist has to say about it.
I have a circular dent in my penis and idk if it could be peyroniea or something else
Please book an appointment with your urologist so that he can have a look at it.
I didn’t know what to do with a date one night who had this. 🤷🏻♂️
iam from Bangladeshi peyronies patent. I have penail curvature . How can i get the device?
Stretching devices are sold online. Before you use one I recommend that you get checked by a urologist.

my doctor is 16 years old and have peyronie's, i feel tingling what can i do ?
Peyronie's disease at 16 is not very common. I suggest that you seek medical help to establish the diagnosis. Chordee might be a differential. Please have a look at my video on Chordee.
What can i do for this can u advice any medicine
Yes, I can! Please watch my video until the end and all information will be given to you!
Can it heal by it self?
No, it’s not a realistic option.
is it cure able it self
Spontaneous resolution is possible, yet not very likely.
Xiaflex used at my Urologist
How’d it go?
Does castor oil help and does it shrink the penis?
No, the use of Castor oil has not been reported.
