Looks to be a lot of system bricks for a technic set, even a whole bunch of 1x1 tiles red and blue which then get covered over? I do like the flexability of it though, very impressive. And a very nice range of white parts.
Puh, usually I don’t mind the blue pins, red and yellow axles not that much since they aren‘t visible or hardly visible, but with the very open architecture of the LRV I really have a problem with them, to be honest… 🙄 Once the instructions are available at Lego I will take a look at how many I need to replace them in black with Bluebrixx part packs, because here it’s really too colorful for me…
It’s interesting….first we had the massive Saturn V rocket set. Then the minifigure scale lunar lander. Now we have the technic lunar rover. Just wondering if we are gonna see a Command module and service module next?
Thanks for this speedbuild, with only the printed intstruction manual I wouldn't have made it as the drawings are often very unclear to me, sudden change of sides, in larger drawings what part goes into the other part and where with wich pins exactly....very small black and white ish drawings of the needed parts wich makes selecting guesswork...For me Lego can do better, especially because the Artemis instruction book was better for me to work with, here I had numerous dilemma's which your speedbuild solved for me. Funny that I received the set only yesterday as it just launched in the Netherlands as you are much further from Denmark and receive it sooner.

There was a mistake in the Aft Pallet assembly. You failed to connect the bottom pivot on the arm that swings out, the arm that holds the tool storage box

this dose'nt look like a space rover, but just an old machine from the 1980s that forgot to be used in the space mission and somebody just left them in the back of a garage
