thats what the pig who charged me with ccw said, right before charging me with ccw for having a weapon in the center console. you forget that we have natural rights, the constitution and state have no power over that but yet here they are moonwalking me into felony prison time
lol you got that right we know you want
That’s why you need to keep an operating supply of everything on hand at all times. If you’re running to the store for bread and milk, you’re already screwed…
👍👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣🤣
...Bread & milk are the two things that spoil within a couple weeks 😂
@@vincev4630 which is why you buy them in a normal rotation - not stocking up in a panic just to throw it away later when it spoils…
@@vincev4630 You do know bread can be kept in a freezer just fine right? There's also various long lasting forms of milk you can keep in storage for months if not years, and as another person said, you rotate through your supply to avoid waste.
Okeechobee police chef proposed this got spanked.
He needs to resign
@@Theendisnear429 No, he needs to be fired and charged appropriately
I would have sued the shit out of the PD if that were me for that poor woman and owned that department!!!
Hmm. Sounds familiar. I wonder what happened last time...
They have been advised that they are each of those on the board that voted for this as well as the Policeman who published it are subject to the Florida law imposing a $5,000.00 fine on anyone imposing a more restrictive law than the state provides. Change of tighty whities anyone?
I’m so proud of you for standing up for our rights. I support you in all you do. I’m retired law enforcement. Let’s all fight together to let all Americans see what the government is trying to do. Thanks Mac.
Here it is right here
Some people just don’t understand what “shall not be infringed” means, but to tackle an old lady to take her gun away is next level corrupt. Even tho that was awhile back, it’s disgusting that it ever happened. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED !❌🇺🇸
OOOPS! "They issued the wrong Declaration"... Vote his ass out!
It's too bad I can't say what I wanted to say. The 2nd ammendment is under attack more than we all know .
Yup! And so is the 1st
These idiots dont have the authority to ban the sales of guns and ammo!
No one has that authority. No one.
Gov. Prickster did it in Illinois and the people think they have to wait for the courts to decide. They will stall the courts forever because they always do. He committed TREASON and violated millions of peoples rights. Where's the outrage here? It's the worst violation of rights in the country.
My dad left his fucking mossberg under the bed and it swam in that salt for a solid 8 hours 💀😭 (as for the vid, this is why you sit on ammo and weapons for a rainy day 😉)
Not all is lost. Good cleaning and oiling and it will still last a lifetime
@@moguaiato5583 Certain more vulnerable parts might need replacing, but I can't imagine springs(for example) would be too expensive
Unless you have a concealed carry permit, Florida has a 3-day waiting period to buy a firearm anyhow. It's still not right. And ammo??? No excuse.
Does the waiting period apply to shotguns, too?
The 3 day wait period is so people who have an intent to use their firearm maliciously can be caught red-handed. If you think that's bad, you should see the wait times on suppressors.

This "back the blue" nonsense needs to stop.
We back the blue, but that comes with a common sense disclaimer: we back the good men & women of law enforcement IF THEY ARE ABIDING BY THE LAW ALSO.
Having said that, bad proposals get voted into bad laws sometimes. Good cops should have the common sense not to enforce bad laws ESPECIALLY if those laws run counter to the Constitution.
@@John3_16andthensome If they don't enforce them they are risking their pensions. They are being held hostage. They'll do what they are told to enforce every time. Doesn't matter if the law is constitutional or not.
Hurricane....Constitution cancelled
Colion, as always, thank you. I live in Florida and you created a biz opp for me. Set up mobile gun and ammo sales store ahead of every tropical storm and charge consumers prices as if there are no storms in the forecast. I will research the laws further and determine if feasible. All the best!
Confiscated guns to prevent criminals from stealing them when they broke into people’s houses 😂
They really were either stupid or straight up tyrants, that’s literally the dumbest excuse ever
Definitely an excuse. Because the Government’s only smart enough to only get those they REALLY want to get.
Where are the consequences for these actions? I never hear of accountability for anyone but common citizens.
Thanks for shedding light on this story.
Good thing I’m in Polk county where that didn’t happen lol
Sheriff Grady is the best. I'm not even in his county ❤
Situations like this prove why the 2A is more important than ever!
It's really the most important one. Nothing else is protected unless we enforce it. We are the enforcement arm that's checks the government
If they enforce us we enforce them
OH BOY THAT POLICE CHIEF LOOKS LIKE A WINNER
Never adhere to any unlawful order such as this. Never!!!!!
My Ammo would already be bought BEFORE a Hurricane so no worries on my front. If you wait until an emergency to get emergency supplies then you're not thinking ahead and yes, I live in Florida 😂
Yup! True statement right there.
@@mikewithers299 And nothing but.
True, but irrelevant to the point of the order.
@@jrvane11 It's actually very relevant, we should be use to this kind of thing by now, it's why we shouldn't rely on or trust them cause when the time comes, betrayal and duplicity is guarenteed.
How do these people in authority get by with lying and violating their oaths of service?😡🤬🤬🤬
Buy as much as you can afford now. And don't answer the door if the police come knocking.
I hope DeSantis gives them a phone call and the electorate remembers this in November
I remember when Ike hit Texas, we set up neighborhood watches and protected local businesses.
Governor needs to fix this. This Sherriff totally over stepped his authority concerning Florida’s constitution!!
i am from okee. lived there for 59yrs if they did this and
came for our guns back then they better have good
body armor
Thank you Colion. Thank you for this and educating me yet again. God bless you!
I would least expect Florida
Of all states to do something like this
Why? This isn’t how fl is!! Their support for our 2A rights is why we moved here!!!
@Lacroix999 you misread their comment, which was very poorly worded but, what they mean is, "I would think florida isnt the type of state to do this." Which is stupid. Red state = gov power and when the gov wants to do something, its peasants... i mean constituents will fall in line or go to jail and be made into slaves. I mean they call themselves conservatives... they want conserve the past, which wasnt a very "free" time.
@@Lacroix999 I said I would LEAST expect Florida to do this.
It's only one small town that went rogue. Nobody else in the state.
Spot on Colin.
The Governor quickly ordered the city to rescind that ILLEGAL declaration. Which was done.
Order should never been Given!😡
The Police Chief said he didn't know that it was in the Order, Yet his name and Title were typed into the Order and he had to sign and Date it at the Bottom. Some would say it was "Odd" that the Order went into effect at 9:00 AM and wasn't caught until 9:00 or so PM, and the order rescinded at 9:51 because THEY didn't realize it was in the Order.....There was nothing said by the Chief or the Council saying that they were ordered by Governor DeSantis to rescind the Order.
It's time, my fellow Americans...it's time.🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Well here’s one takeaway. The chief has brought FL statute 870.044 to my attention. Don’t know it existed. I mean it reads in effect, “no guns or ammo sold or possessed during a riot. Except it’s ok for law citizens to possess.” So it contradicts itself while still banning sales. Now that we know about it we can repeal it. Thanks at least for that.
Can't believe how good this is!
SILENCE, ASSBOT!!!
Governor DeSantis stepped in very quickly. And I'm glad he did because he believes very much in protecting the rights of our citizens here in Florida. It's because of him that we have constitutional carry in Florida.
And they wonder why they get shot at

WOW.....that blows my mind.
Post hurricane Katrina, the Disaster Recovery Personal Protection Act of 2006, 42 USC 5207 was passed, prohibiting the confiscation of firearms during a natural disaster. Wouldn't this apply?
No..

@@greenpinapple820under the guise of
:40 reporter Luli saying the city posted the wrong declaration was absurd. The order plainly states 3 things: no sale of guns or ammo, no public display of guns or ammo, and no carrying of guns except by police and military. Not only was it signed, dated, and timed, but it is also stated within the document that the chief is the one making the declaration. There was no mistake. This was completely intentional.
Bad stuff, but miss poor planning if you're buying guns and ammo at the last minute.
If they are allowed to break the law in an "emergency", then they will always create an "emergency" to break the law!!!
It’s funny when Florida does this and it’s suppose to be a pro gun republican safe haven
As a Floridian, sometimes I love how pro 2nd amendment we are... And times like this, I am ashamed. Pathetic display of power.
Just like our "constitutional carry" law... But no open carry.
Republicans make a lot of noise about being pro-gun but the moment they get the opportunity to do something like this, many of them do.
