Why do they always cancel the good shows 😭
Because humans are stupid. And most public is composed by teenagers and stupid people that will prefer craps like supergirl or the flash, that honestly are far cheaper to produce (because in the end those shows dont even have decent fx, and thats the whole point of em) and have more audience than a "serious" show like jessica jones. This is why this show was cancelled, thats why luke cage was cancelled, thats why all these shows are cancelled sooner or later. The tv these days is pure garbaje, and i wish we could back to 1980-90.
@@reerjgiorge I agree with everything you said, but I think the main reason for cancellation of the Netflix Marvel shows is that Disney sees Netflix as a rival when they air Disney+ and since Disney owns Marvel, they won't support these shows anymore. As far as I know, these shows are really loved by many people, especially Daredevil and The Punisher, but probably the Arrowverse fanbase is bigger in quantity, but I totally agree that these shows are all not as good produced as the Netflix shows were, so it's really a shame that they continue with 8+ seasons, while an outstanding show like Dardevil or Jessica Jones only gets 3.. so to add to your reply: Humans are stupid AND greedy and that's the reason for it's cancellation.
Bros, that's the smartest choice to be done, I couldn't have stood more season of the the four shows that Marvel TV stated were part of the MCU. Luckily they're gone now.
Yeah I like all 5 marvel shows in Netflix. Only issues I had they show men butts but not any off the women butts. Sure people wouldn't mind seeing Jessica.

I'm not sure why, it annoys me a bit when British/Australian actors pull off the American accent so convincingly, then you hear the interview and you're like "DA FUQ??!!". I had that moment with Charlie Cox and Finn Jones. It then makes you listen hard once you find out, and you can hear the undertones of their actual voice under the fake American accent in the show.
Part of me is like, we have so many actors/tresses with real American accents, and these foreigners keep stealing their jobs.

It was Netflix's way of telling Marvel that they don't need their shows to survive anymore. Back when Daredevil first aired, Netflix was nowhere as big as it is now, and it sorta relied on Daredevil. A big middle finger to the company that got them to where they are now lol
So yes we basically lost 4 amazing shows because Netflix wanted to show a force of strength.
I believe Disney made Netflix cancel the marvel shows since Disney owns the rights. They didn't want the shows to continue after Disney started to have their own streaming service and Netflix is their competition...

I'm not that worried, Jessica Jones isn't done. It had to be one of the top watched shows on Netflix, and everyone loves pointing out how greedy Disney is... so do the math, would a greedy company ignore a cash cow? It may be the full 2 years (the time limit before it can legally return) but it will be back.

I really can't believe that they compared trish to Willis. Willis was a complete asshole who destroyed Luke's life and all that stuff. Trish is a farcry from it. She helped jessica sooo much. She was always there for Jess. I am just unhappy.

Netflix should never of cancelled all the Marvel shows.... I blame Disney, can only hope they bring them all back on Hulu at some point with most of the cast if possible. A Hellcat series would have happened too, one day hopefully.

JJ ended well but darn - the show was really firing on all cylinders and teased you with the idea that Jessica was finally unleashed at the end - so annoying to see it end.
yeah its really sad but while I would love to see how Jessica's story would continue, I would be even more excited to see how Hogarth's would, as it seemed like at the end she crossed a border, leaving back all hope and all bondings to other people.. I was thinking she could become a great villain

@Ganda Gandara I have to agree I never really appreciated her that much in the Matrix, though she had some pretty cool scenes (especially the fight and chase scenes), yet I'm not too sure if that's because of her acting in the movie, or the writing, which of course was brillant for most of the other characters and the story itself, but kinda lacked of showing us all facets of the different characters - as each movie always just centered Neo and gave just tiny bits of information about the other characters. That said, the more I watch the movies, the more I like Moss acting in most of her scenes. However, I also agree that I enjoyed her playing Hogarth much more than her playing Trinity.. you can really see that she made a great progress as an actress and of course the role is more interesting in how versatile it is, and how you can really see a strong character development throughout the series. But then again it's always a little unfair to compare movies with series, since in a series you have way more space and time to tell the stories of each different character. Makes me actually kinda curious about a Matrix series; there we could have a lot better insight into the many different characters of this beautiful universe.

Damn Disney/Netflix feud. Hellcat this season was the most interesting bit. It would've been better if they'd condensed this season into fewer episodes focusing on the 'becoming Hellcat' arc and then developed the 'jess v hellcat' storyline better over another season.

I'm born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. Hate to say it but that sounds like us as long as it goes down a crazy dumb as path. Don'tmean to kick my home town but look up our history, it is what it is. That being said we invented Warner Bros., Malls, Ice Cream trucks,The car bomb, and I-Max. Got to love a crazy mid size town!! LOL

Not surprised here. Good shows are cancelled sooner or later. While terrible shows, keep going and going. The only ones to blame are the audience, of course, that prefer craps like supergirl or the flash, instead of better and more mature shows like jessica jones. This is why i will never EVER buy any edition of any show, ever. Shows that are not finished / closed, sorry i will pass. And now that i know this show has been cancelled, im not going to bother to watch the rest of season 3 lol. Thanks guys.

Yeah they messed up killing killgrave & didn't have fun with the character like blacklist or person of interest... tgey didn't play enough with the fact tgat she was poor, there shoukd have been an episode of her at the dmv, in jail for fines or doing a menial job, I loved jessica jones, wasn't sure about any of the casting choices especially having a rich white sister, it should have been a rich black or asian sister if she was adopted & she should have been either dysfunctional too or a total straight man. I hope J J is done again in five years time.

I hated the hell outta her character in season 2 of Jessica Jones. David Tennant's Killgrave was what made the show what it was after in season one. Not to mention how awful and boring the show had gotten in season 2. Frankly, the only reason I'd even watch season 3 of Jessica Jones was if Killgrave was in it.

I am the minority where I found Season 2 better than the first. I thought the repercussions of Killgraves influence on Jessica was fascinating. I loved the femininity of season 2 about mothers and daughters. And what woman want in life and how we as humans want what we dont have.
