They’re so wellspoken and seem to have a lot of understanding and knowledge about their characters and the show. So proud to call myself a fan of theirs - can’t wait for season 2!!
I think season 1 is the only good season out of all 3, season 2 was atrocious but season 3 was somewhat better, I think season 2 had a seriously bad villian problem, the villian was absolutely terrible, bit of a waste and a contrivance on her characters part, it feels to "adapted" rather than staying true to who she was and allowing her entire family to remain dead, I am also appalled by how poorly nuke was used, he should have been the main villain of season 2.. such a waste he would have been perfect

Jessica Jones basically fits the bill, but more like television noir, I guess. It has also been described as a psychological thriller/noir.
duuuuudddddeeeee, ssshh it was a REALLY small role. also ur kinda right veronica mars is a noir but not in the traditional sense of that neo noir look though. ive seen people say it lays oppression and hopelessness.veronica mars was heavy on the rich get away with everything and if u stand up to that u lose everything. so i think theres an argument to be made that at least the first season was closer to noir than any of the others. but that was also teen stuff while this jessica jones is super traditional with the hard drinking disillusioned p.i. plus again the whole show aside from trish's apartment feels gritty and the wonderful use of dark environments and color contrast set the mood better than veronica mars ever did, not that i believe that was their goal to begin with. btw i love both shows.

I adore Krysten Ritter. Why she was cast in She's out of my league as the best friend, when she should have been the protagonist. Of the three characters; Patty, Marnie and Molly, Patty (Krysten Rotter) was EASILY the best looking and "owned" the screen. And her characters personality ... just WOWOWO!
