I have a couple of ECOVACS Deebots 950 on two different floors of the house. My Charger dock for the top floor bot has gone bad (i can definitely see its not putting out the 20v DC, right now, i have the bring the bot downstairs everytime it runs out of the battery after a cleaning cycle).
Is there a way to open this charger base? Its so compactly packed, that i am unable to find how to open it. If i could open it...possibly i can check what has gone bad...

You could check if you can find any RUclips videos about the dock disassembly itself. Unfortunately the one I repaired is not at me anymore so I cannot help you. Look for hidden screws at the bottm maybe under rubber feets and things like this.
Hello Kiki ! I have same DEEBOT, mine has recently a very loud sound when suctioning. Have you had that problem or could orient us on how to repair it? I live in Colombia and here we don’t have any ECOVACS support, so it seems we need to do it ourselves. Thanks in advance if you can help !
Hi, to be honest this was the only one I worked on.
My first bet would be the main brush shafts. If I remember correctly those are rectangular or hex shafts from plastic. Take a look at it if it is not weared out/rounded on both ends.
Does the robot moves on a straight line without any problem?
Which nozzle size did you use? 0.4mm?
0,4mm worked out perfectly. It was not extremely fine toothed.
My deebot have the error lds malfunction. I already clean the lens. Dissambly e check the belt. Is normal without lds connected have the same error?
Are you sure the belt is not loose? Is the lds spinning?
@@kikihobbyrepair yes spining about 30secs and stop. Do this 3 or 4 times and had lds error

Hi, you cannot buy the gears separately only a complete gearbox with the motor. I can send you the 3D file if you want to print it yourself.
