And people were calling me an idiot for thinking the 5080 wouldn’t be even close to the 4090 with a whole 50% less CUDA cores, while the cores themselves have gotten faster, the generational improvement isn’t anywhere near that large or fast.
Cores are the same actually. Not a single % of uplift. The main reason why 5080 is slightly faster than 4080 Super is 30% higher bandwidth (thanks to GDDR7). And additional 5% cores brings 2-3% fps. Thus we have 10-15% gain. If the cores themselves were faster, the difference would be more impressive.

Bro i really love your content your jokes and i miss that was she said jokes (ifykyk old fan :)) and one more thing its a request please upload more content on your second channel with digimoon. Upload some challenges, Q&A videos. 1 million soon ( remember the promise?) 🎉🎉🎉
Why dlss performance? Dlss Quality use bro
fsr / dlss performance at 4k looks great
@@1Percentt1 not fsr tbh, dlss 4 performance looks very good at 1440p
@ i literally use my 4k monitor with my 7900xtx and performance looks close to native in a lot of games
@ dlss looks better thats what i mean, in most comparisons dlss looks really good
thanks for including information regarding performance differences between the 4080 + 5080! Still planning on getting the 5080, but it's good to know abt it
time to spend all my money for 10 FPS more on single player games :D
🥲🥲🥲
8% for 4% watt
@@GrowByLEDscom 31% in cyberpunk, maybe with some driver updates it might get better
Upgrading from 2080 to 5080 will be very nice for me
upgrading to a 5080 from a 4080, regardless of the percentage uplift, is stupid.
never seen this much op cs2 gameplay on this channel before
Well.. I Am not upgrading from my 4080 (not super) to this. Thanks man
Same
Maybe the 7080 will be worth upgrading to 💀
And nobody with a 4080super including myself should. I'll wait for 6090 lol
Who tf was gonna anyways that’s a horrible idea no matter what
I hope you continue to do 4080 Super videos, as I don’t think many people will be upgrading to the 5080
Nvidia is just selling DLSS 4 and Multi FG for 2000$ and nothing else...
yeah. going from 10 series to 20 series we got generational uplift AND dlss on top of that AND rtx capability. good times.
It’s just Muiti-FG lol DLSS4 is coming to the 40 series
Queijo do Fogo Infernal - adorei / Ótima review como sempre, keep it up!
Finally 4080Ti Super!
nah its not even fast enough to be called a 4080ti, let alone 4080ti super.... i would call it a 4080super super no cap
You are cracked at CS holy moly
imagine paying for a 5080 and getting 70 fps in red dead thats crazy the 50 series seem really bad and over priced
The 4080 super is $1000 and gets less, what’s the problem
@@emma6648 the 4080 is also terrible value
Everybody complaining that its no better than 4080s but the power draw is very efficient at 4k RT Ultra DLSS settings on Cyberpunk 2077. It was around 280w in the video, where my 7900xtx is 400w max settings no RT.
I bought a 7900 XTX a few days ago. Amazing card!
Badly
Amd drivers suck.
Enjoy it! Not much slower than this, great card 😃
24GB VRAM cheap beast .
best choice i have it too and its a beast with 0 issue all work great enjoy bro 👍
I like how he just casually bullies Bob everytime he tries Cyberpunk.
voce consegue usar o dlss4 botando a dll do dls4 na pasta do jogo, tem tutorial no yt
Great vid, very informative.
I'm looking to get a 5080 and upgrading from a 3070 so will be a big performance increase for me, playing at 3440x1440 instead of 4K.
Love this video should i get the 5080 or the 7900xtx
This is quickly looking more like a 1440P card with so many options of higher refresh rate monitors out there that fit into lower budgets. 4k is definitely doable but with more caveats than I'd personally like. Just my opinion as I like 120+ fps with little to no dlss.
Big fan bro!!! Also when can we expect your RTX 5070 gameplay review? Waitingggggggggggggggggggg
THANKS KRYZZP! WAS WAITING FOR BENCHMARKS! EXCITED FOR MFG
Glad I pre booked 5080! 150+ fps in all new games on my gorgeous 4K 240 QD Oled will be amazing experience. For competitive games where I won't use MFG, I have 1440 p W Oled so overall I'm happy and that's what gaming and spending on our hobbies is all about - having fun. To those that hate MFG, it's their choice but don't expect to hit 100+ fps without frame gen in 4k maxed settings full RT in the top demanding games in at least the next 2 generations from either amd, nvidia or intel
lossless fg is close enough for $7
its not. cope mate. too much settings needed having to cap fps and all that bs. the time u spend tinkering for it to work, i spend working so i can buy what i like @@SamsFPS
@@KayBearYT time is money. If lsfg tinkering being avoided is worth a grand to you, fine. But most people would disagree
@ if it was same i would use lsfg. its not i have experimented myself and seen countless videos. its just not. keep believing it's same if it makes u happy, it's not worth my time anymore
@@SamsFPS its not just time and effort that goes in. the artificating, input latency, the the quality is much worse too. don't get me wrong that software is doing amazing work considering the size of dev team and purchase price compared to nvidia but i want a smooth hassle free experience and i can afford it so yes 5080 is a no brainer for me. it will have better support for most games than lsfg ever will it's just factual
hey, can you show the video export time also, 4k, 8k, 16k, and superscale in davinci reslove, i mean thats also some brutal stuff. may be 1-2 min segment in such long videos.
just a suggestion. if you see on youtube, no one tests superscale on gpus right now, because its brutal.
I know it's a gaming channel, just a suggestion, cause you have all the GPUs 😎
Love your videos. Could you please run these tests with 1440p? It's quite more popular than 4k, and I think more people would be interested in 5080 performance in it.
Nice review of the 4080ti, are you going to test the 5080 aswell?
Awesome benchmark 👍
Thanks! 😃
does dlss performance mode with the new transformer thing look as good as if it was set to DLSS quality?
The usefull review of the day! The others make only graph and numerical post.. YOU BRING GAMEPLAY! Great man
Glad you like it! Thanks 😁🙏
I hope amds 9000 series will be better.
Som really insane cs2 skills there 👌 💪
You Hitting BOB is like Jimmy Kimmel talking About Mat Damon 😂
so happy i got a used 4080 for $900 2 years ago
yoo those deagles shots were nasty! didnt know you are a cs pro😂
Kryzzp you should review and test the Rtx 3660 🤥🤭
Regardless performance, number of cards on sale tomorrow will be less than number of cards Nvidia provided to RUclips reviewers for free. The most impressive for me is T
3:20 "that's a very big right arm bob what the hell have you been doing" This had me cracking up 😭
You honestly the GOAT bro you always uploading bench marks for everything 😭
The +10 in the 50 over 40 in the generation part of the SKU is really the performance difference.
LMAO
You're so good at CS2 ngl.
Nice video kryzzp!!
Nvidia released the rtx 4080 ti super, instead of rtx 5080
Congratulations brother on the new card im thinking to buy a used rx6800xt should i ?
Great card, it depends on the price but it's usually a good deal when bought used 💪
Nah, that was probably a heavy mining GPU during 2020 to 2022, getting a good deal 7800XT instead, or just waiting for 9070/xt.
Same here mate 😅
Thx for your benchmark of the rtx4080Ti 👍
nvidia treating you well. you deserve it.. great videos.
Hey man! Will you be doing the tests on different resolutions as always?
Yeah, big 5080 video similar to this one but at 1440p coming in the weekend 🙂
@@zWORMzGaming awesome 😎
Can you please test helldivers with it too?
Bro please please please test rx 7600
I watched other people's videos of testing rx 7600 but they are definitely not as good as you are !! Your videos are great ❤
In 38:41 of the video, you could've pressed on "RESTORE TO DEFAULT", in the video options, to disable nanite instead of backing out of the game to disable it.
Black ops 6 plays significantly better with rebar off, maybe make a vid on it?
Is this the 14600k of Gpus?
esperando o vídeo de 30min-1h da RTX 5080 no CP77 :)
you were killing it in cs hahaha good stuff

Friend, I'm eagerly waiting for the video of this graphic and the RTX 5070 testing all the graphic options of Cyberpunk!! Please test if they are capable of running the game in 1080p with Path Tracing without using DLSS (it can be with DLAA) with and without MG. Remember that according to Steam, 55% of players continue playing in 1080p and in this resolution the DLSS doesn't look so good. Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
So what cpu is best for the 5090 or 5080?
9800x3d for 5090
7800x3d for 5080
@@zWORMzGaming i guess any ryzen 9 cpu are out of the question i currently have an ryzen 9 9700x
That's good as well 👍
Probably a slight bottleneck to the 5090
@@zWORMzGaming any cpu you think will work from the ryzen 9 family amg5?
OMG our boi got some bar graphs now!!! Massive upgrade for 2025 Let's go!!!!!!!!
I was interested in getting one until this video 😂 I’ll upgrade the processor instead. Kind of curious whether modders will be able to get the MFG running on 40 series cards… where’s puredark when you need him?
this should have been at 4090 performance without dlss....good old times where we could see great improvements at competitive prices
bro being mind reader 💀💀(I was finding for this GPU's benchmark, thanks kryzzp ❤❤)
crispy I've been going through some things just want to thank you for the content honestly helped me get educated in what type of pc I'll need for video editing thinking of the b580 or 4060 for it's encoding
What do you do with the graphics cards, do you keep them sell them, giveaway?
Also I want to upgrade and was going to upgrade to 5080 until i saw these stats, im starving for an upgrade
Hey, is it possible to do a video with the 5080/5090 on Dota 2? I loved your RUST in-depth video and I was wondering if you’d be able to as I don’t think anyone will be benchmarking it with those cards for couple of months, thanks!
Just a heads up that there is a cooler difference between the 5090 and 5080 FE. The 5080 doesn't get liquid metal or the vapor chamber
Finally the Ada Lovelace/RTX 40 series can get more appreciation. It’s about time.
I bought a new PC in December 2023 with RTX 3060(12GB), i5 10th Gen, 16 GB RAM..
I'm so happy for this decade at least😊
Gonna buy RTX 5090 in 2040😂😂
