    As an Arby's employee, I can say that almost everything they did was wrong, wrong, wrong! My managers would not let you continue working back line if that was your standard work and habits. And not taking the beef temp? Putting the beef on upside down, with old meat? Toasting both buns on the crown side? What's wrong with you, lol? And don't even get me started on the cup...

    Yeah even a General Manager could not have someone that doesn’t work for the company come into the kitchen area and record, that is definitely not allowed. Cups are 100% not allowed by employees near the food (at my store we enforce no cups at all, we only allow cone cups that get discarded immediately). Roast Beef is cooked for 3-3.5 hours not 48. Stuffing the old leftover beef from the previous beef into it to prevent waste is gross, we always throw it away. That’s not enough waste for any kind of food cost paperwork to come up short anyways. The sauce on Beef N Cheddars is Red Ranch or Super Sauce which is French / Catalina dressing (which my entire state doesn’t even put red ranch on the BNC’s because most people don’t even like it.) And then idk if that’s really how they’re supposed to do a beef change, with a mobile pan but that’s not how my store does it or the 6 other locations I’ve worked at. Freezer is a disorganized mess as well. Store definitely needs more attention from their general AND district manager..

      We use a mobile pan to carry the beef from the holding oven to the counter, I don’t know how you do it but that’s how we were taught. I agree with everything else 😂

      Commentor1 The only major violations I saw were bread boxes on the ground (not really a big deal, but a violation in a DHEC inspection) and what appeared to be a cup on the back line (HUGE no-no). Everything else was better than what you’ll find in some stores.

    As a current manager at Arbys the condition of this store is DEPLORABLE. I see so many violations it is not funny! Please do not ever try to "REPRESENT" Arbys in that horrible condition and I hope your gm and corporate saw this and handled your errors in the last 6 years

    "If I remember right the proper weight for a beef and cheddar is 3oz." You work at an Arby's and don't know that? That's also not arbys sauce, it's red ranch. You don't cook the beef for 48 hours. Nobody keeps a full roast on the slicer unless it's unimaginably busy. The ovens aren't at 200 degrees. This location need some attention.

    To be fair. Not all arbys restaurants look like that. The store that I work at is very strict. Every time we have time to clean after a rush we do it. We do not put old roast beef with the new. It is very strict here.

      Same, mines a training store for arbys. Our GM is very VERY strict, she made me the Morning Manager and in charge of some things since people do things incorrectly for the franchise

    Yes that's a violation no cups allow there , also that slicer need to be sharpen, and the bun do not get toasted that way

    My first job was at Arby's in 1997. I learned a lot about business, food and administration there. I walked into Arby's as an idiot teenager and left as a responsible adult businessman!

      I appreciate it. Shows that most Arby's employees actually care about doing it right. I've always felt like Arby's were more well run than other fast food places. The one near me is definitely much better than the one in this video.

    When i worked at Arbys, whenever we had five for five deals customers literally threatened to murder me a cashier, on account of their sandwiches being chilly. I shouldve got hazard pay.

    When I worked for Arby's back in 95 we had to wrap the roast beef in tinfoil...

    I work at arbys as a manager beef has to be tempered to 34°F before cooking it, and it only cooks for 3-4 hours hold time on a cooked roast is 48 hours it stays in a hot hold for 30min before it's supposed to go on the slicer. In this video the beef I'd being chipped because the slicer is not sharp enough or its turned down to thin, it is supposed to be wafer thin. Who ever runs this store should be fired so many health and company violations can be seen in this video

      For us it has to be around 4 slices for ounce so we set the slicer to 0.3.

      El Mejor I saw that about the beef we do that to we put the beef end behind the new beef to minimize waste unless the beef is in the TDZ tempreature danger zone then we waste it yeah no dates drink on bl shake machine broke down before close those managers need some more training big-time should find out who there corporate or fanchise is and turn them in that's not the Arby's way

      El Mejor The ideal temp is 165, but for all real purposes, anything between 140-150 is fine. Any meat below 130 on a slicer should be immediately discarded.

    People that made this video is completely stupid he put the beef on the slicer wrong we do not cook the beef for 40 hours we cook it for 3 hours neither drink on back line is a health violation I didn't really get to see a clock on the video so I don't know what time it was for them to sweep the floors or do anything like that but that wasn't done

      Just not at that one at the one I work a we had to get our good handlers license which gets reimbursed but it makes a difference our store is hella clean and we use proper food handling procedures when you watch four hours of videos on how you can Get sick when getting your license you better believe that sticks with you lol

    cooked for 48 ours??? Well things weren't like that when i worked there. I was a cook and we just waited for the thermometer to reach temp. One time we didn't have enough ready and the manager made me put a roast on the slicer that wasn't done when i pulled it out blood squirted up and out about a ft high. Yea he was panicking then. Don't eat there soon before closing either,they will pull sht out the garbage can.
