I never thought that my Smash Bros skills would decline, but being in my 30's now and playing against my younger cousins in their teens and early 20's I've noticed that my reaction/precision and movement isn't what it used to be, plus my hands cramp up a lot more frequently...😮💨 that's why I respect these players' grind and dedication to the game.
I know I can't compete at that level anymore, but I'll always be a fan of Smash Bros. There is no other channel like @vgbootcamp when it comes to tournament coverage🔥👏🏿

I think if Kurama would've mixed up his approach when he had banana he could've gotten a crucial opening. He kept almost immediately throwing the banana, which later became predictable and also missed the benefit of wearing down Tweek's mental stamina and composure by pressuring with possession of it.
Yeah learning how to use banana yourself is an underrated part of learning the Diddy matchup.
True true, but there is always that slight risk of Tweek catching the banana back, at least if you throw it away it forces Tweek to pluck another one.
They both missed opportunities to close it out at the end

Actually tweek is clearly showing on the cam when he is loosing, but it doesn’t affect that much his gameplay, when kurama feels perfectly fine on the cam, but when he is loosing, starts to spam up smash.

@@ebrahimfawad940 don’t tell me that on one stock of 5 games and at low pourcent. Kurama is not dumb obviously he will not spam up smash at low pourcent, but forced to constate that when he looses his First stock before tweek does, he is tilted and starts to spam up smash. Not to say he is not a great player, but he doesn’t play the Same when he is tilted and when he is not
@@yas0pp_397 You said it yourself, go look at your previous comment. It clearly stated that Kurama starts to spam up smash when he’s losing. Meaning when his opponent has the lead. I brought the game 5 last stock as an example to your point because Tweek had a commanding lead over him. Now you’re deviating from that very point you initially made. Please make up your mind before you say something, else it’ll end up as an absurd statement.
@@ebrahimfawad940 the First 2 match, kurama didn’t use any smash. The 3rd he used 3 smash because he was low pourcent, and diddy was High pourcent (not to mention that he got « stealed » the game 2 so maybe a bit of tilt but nothing to prove that) The 4th Game he used 2 smash (tweek had the lead for the First time), and as u Said the game 5 he used like 1 or 2 smash because he was low pourcent.
Im not trying to criticize kurama´s level, or anything else, but u could go watch some other video of him, he starts to up smash when he loose the first stock and when his opponent is high pourcent. And not even to say that doesnt work, it works pretty well sometimes (wouldn’t remember against who he is tilting, but maybe gluto or something) just saying his gameplay changes by the time he is « tilt » (loosing the First stock at first, and when ur opponent is high pourcent most of the time)
When seeing tweek, I don’t see a change in his gameplan, Even when showing on the cam he is tilted

The buffer for it was insanely quick
press away from the ledge and immediately flick back holding toward ledge within 3 frames I think. It’s a tight input, but such a good mixup if you can get it consistent. You’ll notice kurama only really tries it on the right side

Agreed, I feel like some recent commentators think they're streaming on Twitch solo, they yell and scream for "hype" and try too hard to be funny. Just focus on the match. I don't click the videos to hear their "commentary", I want to watch good Smash.
It could have been much worse and I can see why it would be annoying, I wholeheartedly agree that they should focus more on the fight but excluding that, I was personally fine with the commentary!!! 🥲🙂
