Omg this is exactly how/why my hair is damaged right now! Going to the same hair stylist for 4 years and my hair was not growing, this summer hairstylist just messed up and now my hair FEELS terrible and there is a HUGE broken patch in the middle. Smh. I wish there was a hairstylist like you in SC.

My hair just determined within 3 weeks. Severe thinning and breakage to the scalp. 5 months on a relaxer and within last 3 weeks a complete breakdown. I am astounded and the stylists didn't do anything different. I complained of dryness she still blowed dried, I complained of shedding and she did no conditioner or anything. Now I am at a complete breakdown. I have to go to point zero it seems bc some areas are broken to the new growth. Now going to a stylist who was said to help damaged hair and we are going to give my hair a treatment, weave sew in, and cut and break from relaxer

You're point cutting when see needs a full on trim especially after a relaxer, her ends will just continue splitting prolonging and progressing the problem.

I do have some bald spots but I learn over the years to cover them up. I was almost bald twice. The first with a bad lupus flair and the second one was covid hairloss. I must say I did recover most of my hair back with exception where their is scar tissue. I don't flat iron. Ladies take care of your hair it's our crown.
I’m looking into investing into a blowdryer and I’ve been thinking about the dyson (because of its size). I am a complete novice in styling my own hair. I want a hairdryer that’s easy to handle and would get my hair 70-80% straight as I don’t flat iron my hair. Would you recommend the dyson to a beginner like me?!!
