Great video and I love the original name too (I don't think woodworkhim has anywhere near the same play on words). I have just learned quite a bit on this and am looking forward to more. Thank you.
I think you could eliminate the L bracket by adding stop blocks on the top two shelves. It would make the top shelves slightly less stack-able, but it seems like they could be used to hold the top supports in place. That could make onsite assembly easier/faster. Also what was she planning to display on the shelf? I think you could get a bit more strength by adding a little block under each of the hinges on the parts that swing upwards. That way the weight of the upper structure/shelves would be resting on wood-to-wood instead of being carried by the hinges themselves. Anyway, thanks for the video!
Hi!!! I'm just an amateur, and I really want to build this (without the fancy joining - lol). I must've missed the measurement of the horizontal "ladder" bars, and what was the dimensions of the shelves you used? I really like your videos!!
Smart and pretty good combo for your partner

Thank you so much! I was surprised it was still available on all platforms 😅🙌🏻

I think those are great ideas! I would also use larger hinges for the center pieces as well if I were to do it again.

I believe the shelves were 14” x 36” & the cross member bars were 21 5/8” wide (without the half lap joinery) & thank you!
