Me being introvert , biggest challenge for me is to make friends 🥲
Develop your personality and communication and then see the results
It starts on first day talk to all kind of people dont judge just by appearance and stuff try to talk to everyone and try being yourself and find common ground between you too. If you feel someone is toxic or something dont talk to them again and try talking to other people. It just starts with a single word like "Hi how you doing"
01:34 use your liberty and freedom wisely responsibly - dont deviate much towards distractions
know how to prioritise/ what to prioritise!!
03:25 make your first day your debutant!!
feel confident comfortable laid back/ more importantly make it memorable for yourself
first day impression is gonna last forever
05:30 you will get influenced (alot in fact) but assert your values and take your own decisions.
reject situations/invites you do not wish to be a part of. saying no and setting boundaries is essential
06:46 friends!! you win some you lose some. gather your tribe
its plain sailing to get into friendgroups during first year. its okay to drift apart from groups/ friends you dont vibe with
+ definitely be yourself!! dont lose yourself by fitting into groups that do not coincide with your values
08:20 you're gonna get so many opportunities!! be the first one to raise your hand
likewise you will be encountering failures/ embarrassments along the way - its jus another milestone of learning.
you learn leadership skills communication skills organisation/ coordination and so much more just by participation. these are lessons not ruins
maximum your wins and catch these opportunities!!
10:27 networking!! batchmates/ seniors/ alumnis/ profs/ staffs/ coordinators
alot of personalities are involved through and through. utilise these networks and build good cordial relationships
more importantly you learn to be tolerant you learn to deal with a diff kinds of individuals.
12:51 do not stir away from academics. learn study everyday + be mindful how you spend your free time
try to aim towards broadening your academic and social horizons
16:21 your bound to get carried away so many distractions but be rooted in your self your co values and your culture.
🔗 exercise!! make sure to have some movements whether thats walking/ sprinting/ yoga/ meditation/ gym
18:41 capture as many memories possible
all the little moments!!

the thing is im an introvert with biggest social anxiet.i kinda dance well but am too shy and scared to come up. my school friends know i dance but i feel scared thinking how i would show myself in a very new world. coz only ik in my life is my school friends i dont even have friends from other schoolsss.
