Just a question I always struggle to fulfill my stomach at breakfast bcs I always want something like meat or chicken but that’s bad for breakfast is there any alternative
Just because you eat a high volume of foods doesn’t mean they’re calorie dense. Make sure the foods you eat are high in calories and eat a lot of them and you’ll out on weight
Eating before bed is unhealthy: this is because when you eat before going to bed and you go to sleep your body is in rest mode and it can't fully do that when your entire digestive system is active and productive that way if you wake up in the morning after this your not going to feel as well rested as you should.
I encourage you guys to do your own research because there’s certain things i disagree with. Only eat 2 hours after waking and 3-4 hours before bed if you care about not having brain fog and not feeling tired. Since our cortisol naturally spikes in the morning if you eat to early you’ll add on to it and get an instant energy crash. Also avoid high glycemic carbs. These spike blood sugars the most. If you eat too late then you’re body will spend energy on digestion instead of muscle gains and you’ll wake up more hungry. Try this out for yourself. But if you’re willing to sacrifice mental clarity and energy then go ahead.

"Eat whole day"
We're do you stay
idk wtf bro on.. intermediate fast for sure, have 16 hours of fasting so your body can flush those toxins/acids out and half of that time your gonna be sleeping anyway, have 8 hours to eat, smoothies are perfect to break the fast. before u gts don’t eat for 3 hours, maybe it could be less, not sure. finish the 8 hour with fruits/veggies since you’ve already had your meals before.
my stomach has left the chat
😂😂 who needs it anyway
Keep that calorie definitely balanced
Bro forgot how to say "breakfast, lunch, and dinner" 💀
He sounds like BTS RM 😊😊😊
Just a question I always struggle to fulfill my stomach at breakfast bcs I always want something like meat or chicken but that’s bad for breakfast is there any alternative
I eat a lot like a lot but I can’t gain what should I do😢
Lift weights in a proper order.
Dont eat too early or too late, your digestion is most active during sunlight hours
You dont want food going bad in your belly overnight
Eat breakfast early right away, lunch, dinner, and late night right before you sleep.
Loved ekspecially

Count calories. I broke down and finally did it. Not all food is the same. I didn't even realize that I only ate around 1500 to 2000 calories a day
Eating before sleep always makes me sleep bad with nightmares
Oh i didnt no you had to eat a lot to gain weight. Thanks man video changed my life
I understand 👍
I only eat once or twice a day rarely once and when I wake up I go to the gym and intimate fast lol. I also eat very late at night tho. I’m 138 tryna gain to 160 rn
Its not about just eating more. Following that rule us a dumbass mistake. You need to eat 150-300 more calories above maintenance and make sure its quality food. Drop the processed shit.
Thank you big bro.. I'm trying to gain weight and it's like I'm stuck my homeboys want me to juice...
1qt of heavy cream is 3150 calories. One per day and eat as normal.
Jeez.. wish I was a hard gainer 😢
How u have food bro?
What if you are diabetic or prediabetic
I feel highly confident that this works for someone. However, this method just makes me fat...😂
Bro can make a video of how u cook or what u daily eat. Ur food looks delicious and simple🙏🏾
I eat 2000 calories per breakfast.And I feel great
longest way to say eat more.
😂
Can I gain weight without working out?
This is the most commonest common sense on RUclips🤯
I want thicker arms. Not like muscles but I want them to be chubbier so my upper body dont look weird.
If I had bigger arms I would be able to wear any shirt lol
Dont eat right before bed, you will have trouble falling asleep and wont sleep well
I poop 3 times a day. Does that mean i am eating too much?
You shouldn’t eat before bed, body doesn’t process food during sleep, did you not go to school?
Nope fit all my calories in one meal while fasting throughout the day best way plus your body gets used to the one big meal and you don’t get hunger pain after a while the human body is surprisingly intuitive if you have discipline
If you go to bed late
Me who's been up for 2 weeks
