Here in this video I am sharing the recipe that I use to make DESI GHEE a.k.a clarified butter using ‪@tesco‬ double cream. There are many desi ghee available here in Uk but not even single one tastes the same as amul and britainia desi ghee.
The home made ghee is not only tasty but also cheaper than most readymade desi ghee.
In this video I have used 3packs of 600ml tesco double cream. You can use any brand.
