FYI, if your planning on deflating when the temperature is below 44 degrees, the unit will generate an error code. Found that out today :) Had to pull the unit in the basement to warm up to deflate. I enjoyed your video

I just bought the saluspa ibiza, but after only a few days I have to return it because it is defective, as it keeps losing air, and it came like that.Lucky walmart has easy return policy, but I liked it,so I am ordering another one, just got a lemon the 1st time!

I don't have that reverse valve or the bleeder one, either. Our Saluspa is less than a year old, but we're breaking it down until maybe someday we live somewhere it won't cost is a literal $1000/a year to heat and run the pump. California is a freaking nightmare. Ended up using the reverse function on a little pump we keep for mattresses. 🥺

I’m about to empty the hot tub for the season. I have mine in a screenhouse so not directly in the elements. Last season, my first season, I emptied and dried and left in the screenhouse. Will cover with some sort of plastic or canvas to reduce dust/pollen come early Spring. Is leaving it inflated and outside ok? Will this effect the material? In Maryland- can get some pretty cold days. Held up great last Winter. Thanks.
I am using a hose to drain it it is barely trickling out! This will take weeks. Any ideas to speed up! Your hose is so long how did you get such good flow?
Make sure there are no kinks, make sure the hose is perfectly flat or going downhill. If the hose has to curve a lot or go up and down, it will slow the flow. Make sure nothing is blocking the drain inside the tub. Also the flow should speed up after a little time. Sometimes, it starts out slow

We live in a cold area and dont want to waste energy keeping it On 24/7 but dont want it to freeze or take forever to warm back up when we want to use it.
It can get pretty cold where we are as well. Generally what I do is turn it off at night after use and then turn it back on in early morning next day. This helps save a bit of energy
@@ourunfilteredlife8119 that all depends on how much temp you lose when it's off. I lose about 5 degrees on a cold night, so turning it off still saves more over a month. If you're losing more than that, then you are absolutely correct

this video is awesome. Thx! I followed along and started the inflation but after about 30 seconds I get an E02 error and it blinks/beeps. I've restarted several times - any idea what could be wrong? (I just saw your other reply below about debris and took everything apart and checked for junk and reassembled and still getting the E02)

So it’s now November and I’m preparing to take hot tub down for the season before we get freezing temps. Thanks for the video. Can’t put my hands on the instruction manual. That said, I think all of the enjoyment I got from this first season of hot-tubbing is about to crash land. So when it comes to the drain hose on the bottom of hot tub - if I have one - should it/will it be sticking out from underneath? I don’t see it. I tried to feel for it but of course it’s a bit heavy. Going to get a friend to see if he can get his hand underneath more. I had a whole plan to connect hose and let it drain down to a gutter connector. Thinking ahead for a plan B - you mentioned a pump if we have to use just the valve inside the hot tub. What kind of pump would I need? Thanks again for all the useful information!!

My office mgr recommended putting some powder on the bottom before folding it, I would consider baking soda, is it necessary if I put it in the box in my basement for the winder?
Water inside the pump? You can just disconnect all the hoses and let it sit for a day. It should be pretty dry after that if you're trying to pack it up
Take the air hose connect it stick it in one of the pump hose an turn it on it will blow any water in the pump out. I believe it said to do that in my instructions. Worked for me

I just had the same issue, I solved it by continually turning off the circulate and heat buttons (bottom right and left) during deflation.
@@jimm8594 they don't light up/activate when engaging the bubbles/aeration button.
I got an error code at 80 degrees lol, unplugging and plugging back in worked
Crap I'm about to deflate mine at 20 degrees!..lol.. It still has warm water I'm draining so maybe I'm good!...We'll see !

It's likely inside of the airjet holes

It should be okay to leave inflated. Mine stays inflated and outside all year long

It actually cost more to shut off and reheat than to let it keep its temperature.

The plug on the floor is for draining water

Generally that's temperature related or power related. Are you in a particularly cold or hot area while you're trying to inflate?

I'm at the deflation process and the machine keeps saying eo2 and brepig, do you know that the issue with that is?
Make sure all pipes are clear of debris and the pump isn't over heating. Unplug it for about 30 minutes then plug it back in

As long as you keep it plugged in, it has an anti-freeze function

Only some of the spas come with the optional extra liners. It's just extra protection and insulation

It's a good idea. Will keep moister from building up and prevent mold from growing. Not 100% necessary, but a good idea

The plug shouldn't be getting hot. Check the voltages you have at that outlet if you can. Also do you have the spa plugged into an extension cord?

Which parts? They should've come with the spa itself. You can order extras from Amazon or sometimes the bestway website
What is the 2 inch round piece inside next to the filter and chemical dispenser?
If you're talking about the port above the chemical dispenser, that's an air intake for the jets
What if you have the one thats all one piece? How yo you fold it
If you have the spa with no liner on the outside, I would just deflate and roll like a sleeping bag almost
