I will have my drivers licence in june, after 20 years of ups and downs dreaming of getting a bike. Now I finally can afford it and AMSR'ing to your videos is just bliss ;)
Hello Jehu, many thanks for this video(s). This the only step by step tutorial I found which covers literally everything from A to Z. I have just one question. Why did you use a copper grease for the sensor and lithium one for the headers? I just had an email exchange with Leovince for my echaust and they recommended to use grease which holds up to 2000F and above as the exhaust can reach temperatures above that threshold. Isn't unusual to use a lithium grease which holds up to 1000F max?
I might have missed your explanation, but why did you torque the flange after installing the pipes? Sorry if its a stupid question lol just upgraded my sv650 to this bike as well
Did you have to do an ECU tune or a flash with this exhaust or can it just be installed and ridden without. I'm debating on getting the same exhaust but I don't want to do the tune or a power Commander.
all good. never double hit with those torque wrenches. company had to buy electronic ones because employees kept double hitting them and it throws things off. you can even see the bolts spin a little more on your second hit.
The 1st video i have seen after watching sooo many that actually shows a proper exhaust installation. Fee like i can start a garage.
Thanks
couldnt agree more. Very nice one and step by step.
Man, your videos are so soothing. For me it's like meditation after a hard day of work. And I learn something on the way. Thanks mate :)
Like motorcycle ASMR? Thanks for watching!

What are you rear sets ? Where can I buy them and did they fit without any issues ?

I can't help myself - the click is too satisfying! :)
@@RideLikeJehu -lol!
does that particular manual come with the bike?
Ideal when everything is brand new try it when a exhaust bolt snaps through rust....then you wish you hadn't bothered
congratulations on the video, I would like to know the name of the song you used on the soundtrack ?
Is the dB killer easy to take in and out? Depending on if I’m riding to work or on the twisty’s..
Yes, very easy to take out and put back in.
is this your new baby? did you already sold the sv650?
The SV650 is my wife's bike, the XSR900 is mine. Sometimes I ride her SV650 though :)
