    Fantastic job gents! Your business will continue to grow if you keep up doing the quality work and paying attention to those details as you do. My cousin, who owns his own landscaping business out in Iowa, does the same quality work you and Ben do. He started out with a wheelbarrow and a shovel 15 years ago, slowly building his business and client base by providing his customers with always his best work. Now he is doing a million-dollar project. Can't wait to see your business grow brother! Keep hustling!

      Thank you, that's awesome to hear. I have been building my reputation for quite a few years now... And I totally agree with you, just keep providing good quality work for your clients and the rest will come. Congratulations to your cousin, glad his hard work is paying off! ✌

    Very nice design! Like the way you broke up that wall and taylored it to the hill you were retaining. Looks just right.

    Good stuff. Finally got to a point with my business to where I needed to buy a Stihl TS420
    Rented them here and there as needed but it was definitely time to get one for myself. Love those saws.
    Great work as always

    You haven't had any issues because you do great work, great quality, honest with your clients and just a good person. Great Job. My wife always wonders why we too have been blessed with our tenants for the past 20 years and she is barely 40 years old. No lost rent or bad tenants. Same here, I have fair rent, respond quickly and sometimes will give free rent for a month or two if my tenant have surgery, fall on hard times etc. Never an eviction and my tenants sometimes will find their replacement.
    Keep it the way you're doing it brother. Awesome.

      I appreciate the kind words big time! And it sounds like you understand the key to being a great property owner. Not many like that out there and like you mentioned, it is because of the humility in realizing it is a blessing to even have the opportunity. That humility and willingness to bless others will always come full circle to bless you in return. God bless brother and thanks for awesome feedback all the time! ✌

    I use the versa lok blocks a lot, and I’ve got to chisel off the corners on the blocks and caps every time. I agree, it’s tedious, but in my opinion, the attention to detail is top notch and really shows craftsmanship. 👌🏻 looks awesome dude, keep up the great work guys!

    Awesome work with this wall!!
    Would it have been a good option to add drain pipes behind them?

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  4 месяца назад

      Thank you! There were a number of reasons why I did not put drainage pipes, but mainly because it was not necessary in my opinion. Water seeps through all the joints of the wall blocks and there is a ton of drainage stone behind both of these walls. Plus the subsoil is very well draining sand / gravel and will have no problem allowing water to permeate.

    • @JoeDG-t9p
      @JoeDG-t9p 4 месяца назад

      Makes sense. I am in Canada and with our winters we have no choice to add drain tile every 3 feet of elevation. Some contractors don’t do it and the walls fail…not all contractors care about their clients and their work
