As a former California resident with family and their still those numbers are accurate. Without even looking I can think of five cities off the top of my head. I have a couple people that own in their house is probably now appraising for our similar properties on the market are now posted for double or even triple what they paid 5 to 10 years ago Owning in New Jersey -those numbers are right Even if I wanted to buy a second property here I might as well just go over and try New York maybe Looking to buy again in New York those numbers seem about right lol
