Her Amanar was so underrated. Probably the best out of all the non-vault specialists
I fully agree! Out of the fierce 5 not counting McKayla, Jordan and Gabby had the best amanars with Jordan being the most consistent after McKayla.
Clean, safe, and consistent! Such an illustrious gymnast. Imagine what she could’ve accomplished under a healthy training environment.
What happened?
I don’t know if I’d describe that 2009 Amanar as safe lol
@@kojobaidoo532That was a rarity even in 2009 she landed lock legged a couple times. Her Amanar was very consistent her entire career. She had underrated twisting form. She had a really nice 2 1/2 off beam and nice twisting form on fx.
@@zk9339 john geddert happened
@@jfo941 oh my, I just read his wikipedia page.
I always forget how good her twisting form was. Also that US Nationals vault in 2012 was so scary omg
Very good Amanar but I’m surprised she still has a right knee….
She was prone to leaning right and locking out that knee…scary!😳
Jordyn Weber was an amazing fantastic gymnast 🤸♀️
Some of these landings could have ended up in a very bad way, I am glad she did not injure herself. Her very last Amanar in Team Finals of the Olympics was such a great note to finish on :)
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do this vault like she does, and that’s not in a bad way
For sure had her own unique style.
Jordyn was a beautifully amazing gymnast, that I wish she did more gymnastics after 2012.
No I think there were too many problems at her gym with her coach and also she tried to train in college at like 6am and then decided that was too much and stuck to being a team manager and then coach.
her block is -
idk how she can pull out a that good amanar
Its not a bad block she gets some height, but her main advantage is that she twists fast
@kevinsam3078 she is not that height
but i ment that her form on the block is strange to me, she is in the closest part of the board and her should angle is not that good
@@ilaria.acquaroliagreed but then she does it like a boss. Pretty clean too. I'm atheist but someone once told me don't question how water turned to wine. Weird analogy maybe but just accept the miracle lol
Isn't this a reupload?
My goodness!
She was 15 years old in 2009.
"In February 2009, Wieber competed at the American Cup in Chicago, Illinois. She won the all-around competition with a score of 60.200, beating 2008 Olympian Bridget Sloan. She was only 13 years old when she won the event (...)"
@@sporteverywhere I thought she was born in 1994.
She was born July 1995. It was a sensation when she won the American Cup at 13.
