    Hi..thanks for doing this informative video. Its really helped me out!
    I have a question for you regarding the bed layout. Would you normally posistion a bed so that you get two bedside tables or would you put oneside of the bed against a wall? What influences factors influence that decision? Obviously having oneside against the wall would save space in the room. Thanks

    Great video explaining the basics to be done. Great tool to use for any project, I will definitely have a play with floor planner. I would like to see how you worked out the cost for the project and how much the actual project cost thanks Aidas 👍

      Hi Mo, yes it is a great tool to use to plan out the projects, or even to just quickly check the viability of the layouts.
      Which project are you referring to?
      We have built a spreadsheet over time with all estimated costs for all parts of a typical project based on our historical spend and then we just adjust the figures per projects requirement to calculate the estimated total forecasted costs 👊🏼

      @@AidasGrubliauskas the project I am referring to is the one you and Saj completed on recently I believe you guys spent around 150k to refurb. Was your calculations before the project started at this figure or around it if so how did you reach that figure. I take it is a figure you would set aside for any large HMO refurb to a high standard

    Really interesting video, thanks for sharing your knowledge. I’m curious as to how you deal with the drainage for all of the en-suite?

    Great video, I'm currently planning a conversion, would £1400 be a good quote for the plans or could i just do it myself with software?

    • @AidasGrubliauskas
      @AidasGrubliauskas  2 года назад +1

      That seems a little more than what we would pay, it depends what you need the plans for? If just for the new minor configurations of the property you should be able to arrange yourself, if you need to do planning applications etc best would be to employ professionals 😊
