I am new to the white collar world(mental health professional) and I wanted to have something nice. I purchased the W&B erudite gift set. It has 4 replacement nibs, 6 cartridges, a bottle of ink and of course the pen(black and chrome) it will arrive tomorrow by 10pm(hopefully). This review makes me feel good about my purchase. I will use it many times per day, so no chance of going a week without use

Not really but to be fair there is a huge price gap between both brands and it would not be an accurate comparison.

i have two pens from them, and the clip is just fine :) also, the ink doesnt really dry out. ive left a cartridge in there for more than a month without using it and everything still works well

15 turns to uncap is a flaw for me

Yeah...that is krazy.
So use to slipping the cap off. I think it's to prevent the cap from accidentally slipping off and smearing ink if the pen is in your pocket 🤷🏽‍♂️

It was actually less. You can see that he was still twisting more times without it unscrewing. My best guess is as he mentioned with the gloves being difficult to handle the pen, he probably had trouble feeling when the threats were done 😂
