Oo I would have thought the essential oils would destroy the filter or motor. Usually they have a separate tray for essential oils. I am thinking of getting this for my overland trip to Gambia next month.

How noisy is it ?
It really isn't noisy at all, we have it running all night on a medium power
Not an air con then but an air cooler? Without an ice pack it won’t cool.
