You forgot to put shadow of papers on the floor
the ground is dark already tho. no light = no shadow.Besides the middle, but his body shadow is covering that reguardless.

cmd/ctr + click model to make selection, press M for marquee tool, right click model, select Fill, click drop down and select 50% Grey

If upscale the cut, you loose resolution, you should have down scaled the background instead.
