Sarah I can tell you that based on your oldest videos from about five years ago, you seem to be aging in reverse because you look better now than you did then, and you looked good then as well. All the effort you’re putting into your skincare is definitely paying off.
I’m hoping to follow suit🖤
She really does🥰
Oh thank you so much, you're too kind! I think one of the best things I started to do which I never really did was use sunscreen every day. I never made that a priority before and I'm so glad I did.
Thank you.
ou please keep us posted on your nmn journey!
Happy Wednesday Sarah😀n This is Gonna b so Helpful🔥🔥🔥👍….
Thank you
Still puzzled by the glowing reviews Nuface gets. Did zilch for me & I passed it along. That thing has now been passed along 10 times cuz it didn’t do anything for anyone . . .
Hello, I use dermawand pro and with regular use it really works. I also really like the mad hippie eye and face cream with peptides and the mad hippie vitamin a serum.
MSM (they also call it the mineral of beauty) and OPC (grape extract) are very useful for the skin and the body in general.
Hi Sarah, would you revisit the Tria laser some time. I have one but my skin always felt sunburned so then I couldn't use Retin A and I didn't see the benefits so I stopped. How are you using it these days? Thank you!
I really want to try red light therapy next, I've got my husband on board with it after he read in to it and there were actual studies backing up the claims. Just a matter of picking price vs form of the unit I'll get. Eyeing one with a good fit, and a neck collar does seem appealing.
Do your research in the types of red light bulbs. I bought the OmniLux and now am thinking about laser masks.
Do you use Tretinion?
I started taking 1 T of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides every second day or so, and have experienced improvement with digestion and hair and nail growth.
I use tretinion every other day can I use retnoid on my other days, I’m really confused? 😊 also can I use growth factors with copper peptides, your help would be appreciated 😊
the thing about collagen supplements is they’re just proteins, but a different profile of proteins than the ones found in muscle meats. when your body is trying to build a protein structure, it requires a unique set of amino acids. There aren’t substitutes.
so collagen proteins are very high in the amino acid glycine, an amino acid that muscle eats, our typical source of protein, is low in. now, without glycine you simply cannot make collagen. if your body tries to build collagen and finds it’s without glycine, it’ll simply deconstruct the whole thing and send the other amino acids back into circulation for other uses or to be excreted. Glycine is just one example.
By consuming collagen you’re ensuring you have the specific amino acid profile necessary to create collagen. It doesn’t guarantee that it’s all going to collect in your face, collagen is needed all over the body. But by having an abundance of those amino acids available, it’ll prevent your body from breaking down collagen in your face to free up the amino acids for more pressing uses, thereby *preserving* your collagen levels, which naturally decline with age so you are in effect, increasing collagen.
Make sense???
I use the vital proteins, though I'm actively looking for a non nestle brand alternative, for my BCAA's after working out. It's supposed to help 'enhance muscle mass, reduce soreness after exercise and reduce central fatigue' after weight lifting and general exercise, though the source I just looked at said there's not a lot of evidence it does that. I think it does help.
Your skin is beautiful
Oh thank you so much for your kind comment!
I love the Mae Love Moonlight serum. Retinol only made my skin smooth, but in addition to smoothness I’m seeing improvement in fading acne marks, discoloration, and wrinkle reduction with retinal. Their vitamin c serum is nice too. It brightens your face, and I think it’s also helping to fade my acne marks a bit, but for sure the retinal did most of the work.
Has anyone tried Mae Love’s copper serum, and what are your thoughts?
HRT is a no go for anyone who has had breast cancer. Which is me unfortunately. I got Sculptra and that has been good.
I’ve tried at-home RF, for the last year with no result at all, in spite of using it weekly. My husband is convinced the at-home lasers won’t work, since the ablative lasers didn’t work for me, despite four treatments. I’ve been using NMN for three months, but I think it’s too soon to tell if it will improve my skin. I would LOVE to try micro-coring, which is similar to micro-needling, except that it uses a hollow needle which leaves a tiny hole. As the holes heal, they tighten the skin of the face and neck. However, a minimum of three treatments are required-but there is very little downtime. A facelift/necklift is out of the question, due to the outrageous expense of it where I live (it’s also a seven hour+ surgery, under local anesthesia, and a three-to-four week downtime).
Sarah do you think red light can worsen hyperpigmentation and malesma? I have the doctor Dennis grose one and I love the way my skin looks after using it but I always stop using it after a few days because I feel like I can see my hyperpigmentation more or maybe it’s psychological.
So this is an interesting question and it is hard to find a definitive yes or no. Some have had experiences where the light therapy has gotten rid of hyperpigmentation and some have found it makes it worse. There are some theories that different types of light (infrared specifically) can make hyperpigmentation worse. From what I understand, a lot of it depends on the cause of the hyperpigmentation and can really vary from person to person. Does the DDG Mask have Infrared on it or only red light? If it has infrared I would definitely consider it could potentially make hyperpigmentation worse. Here's a few reddit posts about it - they also have a few articles linked that might be helpful as well.

Very keen to know if NMN is good.
I've been taking it as a supplement for about a month but too early to tell any difference. The research is there though. After I finish my current supplement provider I'm going to try a different one to compare. Will follow up in the future on this!
@@NOBSBeauty I have had mine for three months but is still in the cupboard. I am scraping my courage together. One is supposed to take TMG and fisetin together with it.
I had to stop getting Botox for a muscle condition because my Drs are just a mess and don't know what they're doing. But with tretinoin, I'm up to .05% now, I've seen great improvements with some fine lines in my forehead that developed after I couldn't get Botox anymore. That and I think the copper peptides are really making a significant impact. Thanks for weeding through all the marketing to find what works! So thankful for your efforts!
Is there any other toxins you can use or would it be the same issue? The one thing I'm really impressed with was the prp treatment, it really seemed to help with the wrinkles on my forehead. We'll see, I'm only a few days into that so will report more soon.
@@NOBSBeauty I switched from Botox to xeomin in 2020 and found it 100% more effective. It's lacking some protein, so it worked faster and lasted longer. However it's really just a scheduling issue with the provider. The woman responsible for scheduling left me a voicemail and when I tried to call back she left the job entirely, then the replacement did the same thing lol. They're such a mess. That's through a neurologist's office. I bet I'd have better luck with a medical esthetician honestly, I should look into all options.
@@NOBSBeauty I really am looking forward to hearing how PRP goes!! I love the idea of it.
Ciao io sono italiana dove posso ordinare reviv ultimate egf? Grazie
On the reviv website. There should be a link to it in Sarah’s description box.
@@vetsai8199 ho aperto il link ma il prodotto è esaurito!
Does anyone else use Retin-A Micro? I have never gotten any irritation, and I use it around my eyes, neck, etc.
It sounds a lot like Altreno in terms of hydration and being pretty gentle.
@@NOBSBeauty but just as effective?
❤❤❤
What about "grounding"?
I just ordered a grounding pillowcase.
And hydrogen rich water. Going to order a water bottle next month that makes it.
Luv the pillow idea I know there’s blankets etc where did u get ur pillowcase

Gotta be careful with supplements most of them are either fake or don't have the ingredient that they advertise at all!!
This is definitely the case with NMN supplements!
True! Also keep in mind biotin can break you out and interfere with some blood test results (like the one they do when suspecting a heart attack), vitamin b6 can cause neuropathy and high concentrations of arnica can cause liver problems, and some others can interfere with important medications like blood thinners
@@mariacamilamoreno2621biotin interfered with my thyroid testing that I’ve been getting done for years. My doctor suddenly said oh you don’t have a thyroid issue you don’t need that medication anymore. It screwed my thyroid up sooo bad by not having the meds. That was a nightmare to finally figure out 😢
Be careful with LED masks - I used the Current Body LED mask and it gave me freckles and milasma (also created pigmentation I didn’t have before).
That is so disappointing to hear- you buy something thinking it is going to help your skin look better and younger and end up with issues from it. I'm so sorry about this. Is this one red light only or does it also have infrared? The more and more I read the infrared seems like it might not be a good thing for the face.
@@NOBSBeauty it was Red and Infra-Red light together in one mask. I bought the face and neck attachments and didn’t change anything about my skincare. The freckles and pigmentation came up in those areas where I had the mask. I really wanted to love this mask as I heard good things. But doing more research on Reddit - I can now see increased pigmentation/freckles may in fact be a side effect. Thanks for your channel, I love it! ❤️
The more and more I read (been reading up on it all day today) really seems like the infrared might not be that great for the face. My esthetician isn't a big fan of a lot of different lasers for Hyperpigmentation. I did try a little bit of the broad band light and I think the microneedling was more effective.
@@NOBSBeauty indeed, I heard that too. Thank you!
I detested how the Acure Radically Rejuvenating Night Cream felt! It felt just like Vaseline in thickness, but when it goes on, feels like it zaps ALL hydration out of my skin 😬It was like wearing a clay mask or something like that🫣I returned it immediately 💗Otherwise, love the recommendations 💗💗💗
I actually really like this moisturizer. It’s always a repeat buy
@Pubslife Perhaps I got a bad one🤷♀️It literally sucked the life out of my skin 🫣
I tried an Acure moisturiser years ago (I can't recall which one) and HATED the texture and how it made my skin feel. It was definitely one of the worst skincare products I've ever tried!
@Aurla-R2-D2 It was legitimately awful for my skin! I will usually use a moisturizer my face doesn't like on my hands or something, but this...I returned😌
@@debbie_LJ ~ Yes, exactly! If a moisturiser does not work well for my face, I'll use it up on my hands, but the Acure one was too terrible for that! I live in the UK so couldn't return the product :( Which moisturiser/s are you enjoying most at present?
