Giiiirl you've gotta give the Reviv lash serum a try!! It works SO GOOD and doesn't have any of the prostaglandin!! I learned about it from the channel Claudia Glows!! I'm seriously amazed at how much my lashes have grown!!

Thanks for making a video when you are so tired. The prostaglandin in Latisse and whatnot might cause eye hollowness and skin discoloration.
I used to use the generic version of it and my eyes got so dry I had to stop. Kind of a bummer but better than waking up every night to put drops in your eyes.
I bought that lotion last week at Marshalls and was so excited to use it. The pump was broken😭 so I returned it today. Such a bummer. I hope I find another one!
My nighttime routine includes tretinoin (Agency), Hydroquinone and moisturizer. For the past week I've been using the Sephora Firming moisturizer and I like it. Fortunately, it is no longer scented, otherwise I'd not use it.

I must be one of the few that has not tried Liquid Gold, but Stylevana sent me a sample of Dynasty cream which I've always been curious about and I love it, goes on thin but very moisturizing, I think I could use it during the day, and want to try the Neogen cream you love.
What do you add to the copper peptide to make it 2%? I use the ordinary copper peptide bit ramping it up to 2% would be nice.
Im just strating to get into skin care. You put a lot of different products on your face. Are there any concerns that involve some kind of chemical reaction when combining different products from different brands? Also, when combining differnet products, do you need to worry about certain product canceling/blocking the benefits of another product? Obviously your skin looks amazing and I most likely shouldnt have to worry, but im just genuinely curious.

I've been thinking about trying the Stratia Liquid Gold for a while now. But I'm really curious about the smell. Some people say they can't stand the way it smells. What does it smell like ?? Thank you 😊
I don’t smell anything! Maybe a tiny smell of like a nut oil but very faint.

I didn’t really like it personally. It does have a “natural” woody smell. It took awhile to rub in and get the yellow to blend in and I felt there were better hydrating/beneficial serums out there. Never understood the hype.

its a very light smell of a light english breakfast tea but its not gross or overwhelming by any means.

Sarah, ive been using the Reviv Ultimate Serum with my Tretinoin. Their website says it ok to use it together but noticed better results from Reviv without adding the tretinion. Did you notice that too or do you sometimes add your Altreno into your routine with the Revive? Your advice would be appreciated
Interesting, I'm wondering if some of the peptides in it are deteriorating because of the tretinoin. Are you applying a neutral product in between, I've read that can help. Might be worth trying to use the reviv in the morning or on days you're not using tret.

Baseball caps are notoriously ineffective for sun protection on the face. You need wide-brimmed hats.
It seems to be helping, it's pretty thick, I'm mostly concerned with my forehead because that's where all my melasma is. I'll have to check out something heavy duty for next summer.
Definitely got more sun damage sun spots and freckles on my cheeks from a visor I got me a 6” spf hat on Amazon this year lol it’s incredible!

It is a raw cosmetic grade copper peptide powder, I've got a vendor for it and I'm just working on a lab test to verify the purity and amount. After I verify it I will give everyone the details on where to purchase it. I don't want to do this until I'm 100% certain of the purity of it. Definitely don't want subscribers buying something until I'm totally sure it's reliable. The test should be done soon (it was about $200). Hopefully in the next week I'll have more info and will make a video all about it.

Hey Sarah, baseball caps don't protect the sides of your face which is why you noticed the pigment there. You need a good bucket hat with a wide brim that will hang over and shade 360 degrees around your face. I have Melasma so I'm a sun hat connoisseur lol. I get mine online from Solbari, they're an Aussie company that sell UPF50 hats, clothing etc. Pretty sure they ship internationally. Their sun umbrellas are amazing. Great video x

@@NOBSBeautyYep, Solbari is actually the name of the brand, they make really good quality UPF50+ hats, clothing, umbrellas etc. Like I said, they are Australian but they do ship internationally (I'm Aussie). I like their bucket hats that are lightweight cotton and because they're UPF50+ they don't absorb heat and stay relatively cool. This is really important for Melasma especially on the forehead. The heat and friction from polyester hats on the forehead can be a trigger as I'm sure you have found out. When it's super hot outside I'll actually use one of their sun umbrellas instead of a hat as the heat from the hat on my forehead will trigger my melasma.. The struggle is real trying to keep it under control!! Good luck x

Just FYI, copper peptides are fine with retinoids and non-LAA acids. The only reason it doesn't work with LAA is LAA is a chelating agent, so it breaks up the copper peptide at a molecular level. But AHA/BHA/etc acids are not actually chelating. In other words, LAA interacts because it's chelating, not because of the low pH. And as far as copper peptides and retinoids interacting, that's just a flat-out myth with no hard data to back it up. I use copper peptides every other morning alternating with LAA because of the reservoir effect of LAA and because it is theoretically possible for copper peptides to break down healthy collagen if used too frequently.

I kind of rinse it off, but I usually shower at night which makes it a lot easier and less messy.

Yeah but your hands aren't going to remove any last traces of dirt, grime or impurities stuck in your pores after washing your face. I only use cotton pads with my liquid aha/bha products.
@paulayarbrough6930 it makes sense to use pads with aha/bha toners but there really shouldn't be any leftover dirt on your face, especially after double cleanse. That's why you cleanse twice. I remember when I was a teenager (over 20 years ago), nobody double cleansed then. I'd use a toner after "cleansing" and there would still be dirt on the pad😬🙈
Definitely have some of the reusable cotton pads, a few companies make them now which is nice. I find the extra material helps to remove leftover makeup and sunscreen.
