- Let’s play Bioshock 2 together!! The time has finally come for me to dive into the Bioshock games! We are continuing our terrifying and amazing adventures with the second Bioshock game. I know absolutely nothing about the game so I will be going into it completely blind. We are playing through Bioshock 2 Remastered and I can't wait to see what more the city of Rapture has to offer us. Let's experience it together!!

BioShock 2 provides players with the perfect blend of explosive first-person shooter combat and compelling award-winning storytelling. The halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Lol it took me the *longest* time (like, years) to realize that that teleportation bit happened to you if you chased down the plasmid enough times because I never found that last place it moved to, so I always assumed it was just a fun little game of hide-and-seek that went nowhere, lol. I was so surprised when I discovered that last year or so!

The boxes on the flying drones are just their ammo supply, the drones cannot carry anything, they just fly and shoot.
I also recommend trying out the rocket spear ammo (and the other spear ammos by that matter), because I found it very useful against tankier enemies (brute splicers, big daddies&sisters and the Alpha series). Not only it does, well impact damage, but when it hits something the spear itself becomes a rocket, which (depending on where you hit a target) can send your target flying, and the rocket explodes some time later doing great damage. Also if you shoot it into a crowd of enemies, the flame coming out of the rocket can ignite the enemies contacting it.
The normal spear can be recycled so you don't have to buy new ones every time (unlike the alternative spear ammos), and the trap spear is quite situational, usually the best during ADAM gathers, its basically a tripwire that electrocutes enemies, tho if one enemy has touched it, it will disappear.
Sorry if that was a long read, hope this helps. Bioshock 2's combat and weapons feel much better than in the first game, and I just wanted to give you some ideas to try out in game.
