One of the things I love about the BioShock infinite is that each game is so good that there's no real community consensus on which is the 'best game' and which is the 'worst game' like in a lot of other franchises. If I were to rank my favorite games in order, it would probably look like the inverse of yours, and that's why I think the series is so well done.

Bioshock is easily my number one series of all time. All three titles are incredible and they all have strengths and weaknesses that set them apart from one another. You summarized everything quite well in this video, so instead of rehashing topics that have already been covered, I'll get right to my rankings. Number three is Bioshock 2, it's an incredible game that doesn't deserve the hate that it gets and it both improves and worsens things that the first game did well and things it did poorly. Number two is going to be Infinite. As an entire package, with the base game and Burial at Sea included, I felt it was a stronger outing than B2 was. Elizabeth is one of, if not the, greatest video game NPCs of all time hands down. The plot twist was great, and despite only having two weapons at a time, the combat was incredible to me. Burial at Sea brought everything together and tied the games together in such a great way in my opinion and I'll never forget the image of Elizabeth dying alongside Sally while the conversation about the "Ace in the hole" fades into the background. That means that number one is... well, number one! Bioshock will always be near and dear to me. That game was one of the first games I played that actually gave me a gripping narrative to sink my teeth into. It was the first game I played where I actually got brought in and payed attention to what was actually going on narratively. There are very few games where the narrative story pulls me in and makes me fall in love with the story to the point where I invest tons of time listening to retrospectives, like this one, alongside many other video essays about the game. The Bioshock series is a masterclass through and through for game design. Whether that be gameplay, narrative, plot twists, enemy design, weapon design and weapon upgrade design. There's just so much to love, that the things that I could do without in the games become an afterthought and don't hamper my enjoyment of the game one bit.
Something interesting with the twist in Bioshock 1. I've always thought it was weird how the protagonists in Bioshock just inject/drink the first plasmid they come across with no question. Apparently Atlas was supposed to say something to Jack to make him inject himself, but that was *too* blatant of a "would you kindly." So they removed it.
Interesting, I was found that really weird too. Like who goes to a random vending machine and injects a foreign substance into themselves with no prior knowledge of what it it is???
You know, when you really think about there are actually a lot of plot-holes in both Infinite and Burial At Sea. Here's an example. So in the timeline where the Vox Pupuly got there weapons, the Comstock from that timeline moved the Elizabeth from that timeline from Monument Island to Comstock House. This resulted in the Booker from that timeline being unable to rescue that Elizabeth and so he joined the Vox in order to reach, but died in battle. However when the Booker and Elizabeth we follow enter the timeline where the Vox Pupuly got there weapons nobody acknowliges the fact that there are 2 Elizabeths. Keep in mind that the Elizabeth that is native to the timeline where the Vox Pupuly got there weapons is still locked up in Comstock House and yet Comstock treats the Elizabeth we follow as his Elizabeth when that doesn't make any sence. And you know what would have been really cool? Having Songbird being the penultimate boss and having a fully brainwashed and juiced-up Elizabeth being the final boss.
Loved watching the video and I'm glad to see how much you enjoyed your time with these games. While I'm not the biggest fan of the series since fps games aren't really my thing, I have a very similar opinion to yours, Minerva's Den is my favorite thing of all these games and 2 was the most enjoyable to play, so that gets my pick for number 1. Bioshock 1 has a huge bonus for being the first game to introduce the great setting, so that goes to number 2, and I don't really have any strong feelings for Infinite so that is last. Lovely video mate as always.
I just beat this game twice in a row today(finally beat survivor and new game plus) and after a year of not playing it, now I’ve beaten this game 3 times and when I first played it I played on hard completely blind and man what an experience but I did save all the little sisters and loved the good ending. But when I first played this the double twist made me looovoe the game Ben more this game will forever be a masterpiece, now it’s on to bioshock two.
Bioshock 2 has the least amount of flaws and took the least amount of risk and while that sounds bad results in becoming my favourite entry in the series. Honestly if Infinite only allowed you to have the full weapon wheel and trimmed out the unnecessary amount of guns in the game I would have ranked that to be the best but in it's current state it felt like the devs were heavily influenced by the 2 weapon limit that was present in most shooters at the time which is a shame. EDIT: I also forgot to mention how limiting the accessory system was in Infinite as well. We went from Bioshock 1 where it limits your tonics to specific archetypes to Bioshock 2 giving you absolute freedom to put on whatever you like, to a game where not only are some accessories limited to specific parts of your outfit, you can only equip 4 unlike the 18 slots you previously could mix and match to alter your playstyle to whatever build you can dream of.
I actually preferred Infinite's and Bioshock's customization to Bioshock 2's, for the exact reason you listed. The "absolute freedom" made it boring, whereas the restrictions in 1 and Infinite made me actually have to think and take chances. Bioshock 2 made me feel like I could equip everything, and I should never feel like that. I rank them: 1 Infinite 2
Infinite will always be one of my favorite games of all time. I get why Bioshock's story and setting are more popular but I personally enjoy intimate character stories more than plot focused ones. So the plot holes in Infinite or the less nuanced portrayal of politics don't bother me bc I never found that to be the point really. It's about Booker and Elizabeth. And Rapture may be more memorable to some but I prefer the look of Colombia; it's just gorgeous even a decade later. It's just a shame the people who hate it are way more vocal these days than those who love it.
@@arthurdurham cool then it should still be a fairly good experience just dont expect any plot twists and focus more on characters Also better gameplay my favorite is an unstoppable drill wielding wizard lol since u can essentially make your big daddy be a multiple class specialist Also u get a camera that records instead of pictures and u get far FAR most points by attacking an enemy in multiple different ways and has infinite ammo allowing u to grind on the stage u get it on and essentially get a HUGE buff halfway through the game with enemies giving u 2 new buffs and allowing u to do DOUBLE the damage on them its AMAZING!!!!!!
Loved Bioshock 1 so much, probably one of my favorite games of all time. And honestly... Bioshock 2 is just as good, I was very pleasantly surprised when it released, and the multiplayer slapped too! I cant believe people hate on Bioshock 2 because imo its just as good as the first
I'm not the biggest fan of bioshock 2, but calling it "Bioshock 1.5 or DLC" is very disingenuous of certain critics. I understand not liking the game, but that's like saying God of War 2 is just God of War 1.5 since it mostly plays and looks the sameas its previous game
Someone correct me if I’m wrong but the voice actor for Gil Alexander and Dr. Mobius are the same because I make the same exact connection to Old World Blues my first time playing Minerva’s Den
irrilevant to this amazing video antipersonnel rounds are effective against "squishy" enemies like normal splicers, spider splicers, brutes, etc. while armor piercing rounds are effective against armored enemies, like big daddys. big sisters, and all security machines, camera bot turret etc.
My favourite game. Bio 2 is also great. Actually i love them both! Especially Minervas den! Multiplayer was also fantastic imo! Yes, the best way to play us to listen to all audiodiarys! Amazing games!
I’ve been watching through all your videos recently, and while they may not be specifically your taste I think you may enjoy going through the fromsoft games, like Demons Souls, DS1 and all those and then reviewing them. Not saying you have to but I think you would have fun with them!
I've already reviewed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls 1 but you're right I do need to finish revisiting that series... Dark Souls 2 is my biggest issue. Love Bloodborne, DS3, Sekiro and Elden Ring but I just do not enjoy DS2
@@MayorHairBear I’m 100% with you on DS2, I was not a fan of that game. Also I didn’t know that, I’m gonna need to watch your retrospectives on them, I love your style of vids
Man, I still vividly remember Bioshock Infinite's gameplay reveal trailer. From the belltower suspended by hot air balloons falling and Booker levitating a shotgun and firing it to Booker taking a swig of the murder of crows and my favorite part "CHARLES, ATTEND!" I genuinely don't believe I've ever been more excited for a game. Unfortunately, it's one of my most disappointing games because it moves away from the biggest strength being the world and the characters being a commentary on different ideas, and while I believe Ken Levine was ahead of the curve on using multiverse theory in mainstream entertainment, I think the game sacrifices the best parts of itself to really hammer on a convoluted concept. I love Infinite yet am disappointed greatly by it at the same time.
Bioshock 2 added so much depth to the Bioshock 1 making Rapture more believable and charming than ever, where BS I did exactly the opposite. I think Ken Levine just got lucky on the first game like Neil Druckmann did with his, they both don't really know why people love their game so much and that's why they screwed up with sequel.
Today I finish bioshock trilogy and oh boy what a journey it was, I love every game for different reasons My ranking it would be 3. Bioshock Infinite : It is almost like a spin off, the strategy is present but in a different way, maybe because the levels are a lot more open, the story is beautiful and the character of Elizabeth is amazing [she only wanted to go to Paris ] 2. Bioshock: an horror game with a lot of brain, it has his problems like hacking or that some weapons becomes useless at the end of the game, or how shooting feel... weird. Still one of the Best games of all time 1. Bioshock 2: If Bioshock 1 is the brain the 2 is the heart, I now 1 it is the one the introduce all the mechanics but 2 perfected, is just a perfect sequel, better gameplay, better hacking, better weapons, charge plasmids, world building Many people talk about how the lack of plotwist is a bad thing but I don't think so, it's okay not having a plotwist in every entry we are not in M Night Shyamalan movie. But if You want that you have the Minerva's Den one, which is pretty good
I have never played the DLC for Infinite and this video made me regret that decision. It seems like it would really improve the experience. But as it stands, I was kinda disappointed by Infinite. So they're ranked in reverse order of release. 3. Infinite 2. Bioshock 2 1. Bioshock
I haven't watched the video, but when it comes to gameplay Bioshock 2 is my favorite by far. Bioshock 1 and Bioshock 2 overall I liked better than Infinite, just my opinion. Infinite, at least gameplaywise, felt really generic with the only exception being its last mission.
I just bought the remastered collection and accidentally started on hard for the first game, now I'm just doing it with no vita chambers Never even played the game, it's quite enjoyable though
I agree with your rankings. Bioshock 2 was the best in the series. I have played it over and over again where I had no interest in replaying Infinite and only a little interest in replaying BS1.
I just think Andrew Ryan is so much more compellingly sinister, even with how little you interact with him in that game. Lamb was an alright villain but I felt the ending could’ve been stronger.
Ken lavine's next game (Judas) is gonna reach 10 years of development when it comes out. It took 3 years to make infinite and they said there was enough cut content for 6 games, I bet Judas is gonna be an absolute banger.
Or a shit show. Most of the time extremely long dev times lead to underwhelming games. I don't know of any that took around that long that are good. Because you're dealing with technology and in a decade it advances so much that half of what you did becomes obsolete during that time.
So glad Bioshock 2 is being recognized as the best these days. I picked it up when it came out, expecting it to be inferior to the original according to the common consensus at the time. However, it was my favorite after finishing it and I didn't understand the criticism. Just because the story doesn't have a great twist doesn't make it less impactful. Plus the gameplay is 100% better and the forgotten multiplayer wasn't half bad either.
If anyone hasn’t read the bioshock book you can listen to it on RUclips and gives really good context on rapture being built and the decline. I don’t remember if the devs actual say it’s cannon or just fan fiction basically but it’s a good book even if you’ve never played bioshock
I don't think Infinite gets enough love. It is probably my favorite in the series (while I do love all 3) and Elizabeth and Booker are interesting characters to me.
i love bioshock all of the games being my favorite of all time but i dont understand the hate for bioshock 2 in my opinion it gave more of bioshock 1 which is my favorite game
I really cannot wait for Bioshock 4 if it will ever come, by far this is my favourite game series of all time. Having played all of them all the way through several time I have never known a Single Player game campaign styled game to have as much replayability as the Bioshock series.
I have been looking very closely at my Infamous copies lately, that'd be a fun one! Dying Light would be too but the sequel just came out recently so I need some time between playthroughs
Bioshock infinite is such a guilty pleasure of mine . I know it’s controversial but I absolutely adore the setting and the gameplay and vibe it puts off aha almost rivals bioshock 1-2 … can’t wait for the next one and the movie 👌🏻🌊☁️
I totally get it mate, I also really love this games setting and gameplay even if it is a departure for the series. Cannot wait for the next game and the movie either!
I absolutely love BioShock 2, i think they knew that BioShock 1s story couldn't be topped, so they focused on gameplay and absolutely nailed, the story is still good, but i always came for the gameplay
Bioshock was the first video game I finished on my own before it my dad or sister would help me to say I was super proud beating atlas was understatement now I know that it just because he was mega weak💀
I want to avoid spoilers despite pop-cultural osmosis having lead to spoilerous sprinkles lodging themselves into my brain throughout the years, but i'll have this video on a muted tab on in the background for the views for you.
sure the games have their flaws and may be a bit dated but tbh, they aren't as bad as the flaws most modern day games suffer from. ironically no matter how much nostalgia may affect an outlook on the bioshock series as a whole. we saw how much better 1 & 2 were compared to infinite. i genuinely remember playing infinite for the first time right after having gone through 1 & 2, and having a confusing time with it. i couldnt figure out if i hated it because of how wack it felt story wise, or if i thought it was alright cause of the graphics and gameplay at the time. and replaying it as of recently, has evoked the same feelings.
Burial at sea is on the bottom of my list. Creates so many plot holes. But I hate how the art style isn't even art deco. They got all the architecture wrong from the first 2 games. It's way too scifi instead of a believable kind of city. The only issue with bioshock 2 is that the characters are boring compared to the first game. I like the design of the little sisters from the first game better too. Some players would see the little sisters as poor sickly children. And some players would see them as little goblins. That's why they brought them back in bioshock burial at sea. The most replayable in my opinion is bioshock 1. There are so many little details in the story that can be missed on a first play through
I think it's crazy how many plot holes Bioshock Infinite has. Like I see some that NOBODY ever talks about when I look up lists of plot holes. Let's call Booker's original university A Let's call the main Comstocks universe B. After they go get the gun smith and discover he is dead they enter a new universes, Universe C. Leaving Universe B to go to Universe C means their entire point of finding the gunsmith AND OR the weapons would be completely pointless unless they returned to Universe B. But they didn't. They continued in Universe C throughout the rest of the game so the Comstock he kills in the end isn't even the ORIGINAL Comstock he went to kill from Universe B. Why did the lighthouse have a note saying "bring us the girl"? And who was the person that was killed in the lighthouse? If Booker went to Universe B fro UA then there would be absolutely no reason for that note to be there. He already brought the girl before so who would he be trying the bring the girl to? The whole ghost thing with Lady Comstock and Elizabeth's powers being partially being based on "wish fulfillment" was just not a good ideal. It became more mystical than scientific. Because I believe for a second that Lady Comstock can fly and raise the dead in an alternate universe. At that point it wasn't a our going from Universe to universe. It was basically magic. Also Elizabeth's powers are poorly explained. They range from transporting herself of objects to other universes, to time travel (at random times), and basically magic as I said before. And the way she got her power was odd. Why would she become so powerful for simply having her finger cut off by a tear?? It seems she's more powerful than the twins after the siphon is broken. Also the were from Universe A and B so why would they have graves in Universe C? Also are those the only twins or are there's sets of other twins out there helping other Bookers? It's so infuriating that NOBODY talks about that stuff
not often that i find someone who shares a similar ranking for the bioshocks. for me, infinite IS a brilliant game, BUT to me, it's a bad bioshock. it abandons some of the unique aspects of gameplay from the previous games for "modern standards". it also abandons one of the key aspects of of the series to go the literally opposite direction, the fact that choice matters. that coupled with burial at sea felt like their integration into the rest of the series felt forced. also, in certain areas, it felt like they purposefully went against BS2.
I have to be honest infinite was the only game in the series which I would’ve quit if the gameplay wasn’t so fun, I have a feeling it would be a lot better to me on a second playthrough.
I recently played these games and I gotta say, Bioshock 2 might be my favorite when it comes to gameplay, and Minerva’s Den is the cherry on top.
That's exactly how I felt mate, BioShock 2 is great!
Rivet Gun and headhunter all the way.
Yea the gameplay is really good
@@MayorHairBear agree, but how the story is orchestrated in the first one. It's so perfect the first Bioshock. Andrew Ryan, Atlas....
I actually prefer the story of 2 as well its more personal and I love the idea of 2 fathers going to the end of the world for their daughters
Bioshock is one of those games I wish I could completely forget about it just to experience it for the first time again 😭

for the security one you mentioned for example, usually you dont really use it on the enemies, as luring them to a security camera just to have bots slowly gun them down doesnt really do much

Was waiting on this one, look forward to watching it tomorrow night
Thank you mate, I hope you enjoy it!
Same rankings look at that! Thank you for watching mate, I appreciate the support as always!
00:27 Bro, it's not 12ys, it's fcking 15ys (16ys in September).
BioShock is old but gold. Thanks for your review. I'll play all the games again now.
Yeah I reviewed these games originally in 2019/2020. I just compiled the videos into one so new subscribers can easily catch up on past videos
@@MayorHairBear my bad then. 1 more subscriber.
Well I'm a little late, but I'm here.. Now, one of my favorite channels doing one of my favorite games, again.. This channel is unbeatable.
You're far too kind mate!
I rank them:
1
Infinite
2
watching you waste antipersonnel ammo on big daddies is like scraping a fork along a plate
You’re platinum video on the first bioshock has made me want to play it for the first time and maybe even get try to get the plat
The Security Bullseye plasmid is a win button to defeat the Big Daddies.
Then i suggest u play 2 its all character driven
@@michaelbecket4901 it's on my list
@@arthurdurham cool👍
Wait u never played it yet?
@@michaelbecket4901 I haven't. Only played Bioshock and Infinite
@@arthurdurham cool then it should still be a fairly good experience just dont expect any plot twists and focus more on characters
Also better gameplay my favorite is an unstoppable drill wielding wizard lol since u can essentially make your big daddy be a multiple class specialist
Also u get a camera that records instead of pictures and u get far FAR most points by attacking an enemy in multiple different ways and has infinite ammo allowing u to grind on the stage u get it on and essentially get a HUGE buff halfway through the game with enemies giving u 2 new buffs and allowing u to do DOUBLE the damage on them its AMAZING!!!!!!
Loved Bioshock 1 so much, probably one of my favorite games of all time. And honestly... Bioshock 2 is just as good, I was very pleasantly surprised when it released, and the multiplayer slapped too! I cant believe people hate on Bioshock 2 because imo its just as good as the first
Made couple years ago a cosplay of Bouncer Big Daddy, when Im wearing it im like 2 meters.
Lights the hand drill, it all works.
Really proud of myself
That sounds freaking awesome mate, well done!
I know, it's crazy especially today I think it's worse where if a sequel is like the first game then it's glorified DLC. It's an insane take
Someone correct me if I’m wrong but the voice actor for Gil Alexander and Dr. Mobius are the same because I make the same exact connection to Old World Blues my first time playing Minerva’s Den
I would honestly love a remake similar to how they did the dead space remake
I'd love to see that!
irrilevant to this amazing video
antipersonnel rounds are effective against "squishy" enemies like normal splicers, spider splicers, brutes, etc.
while armor piercing rounds are effective against armored enemies, like big daddys. big sisters, and all security machines, camera bot turret etc.
Anyone able to link me to the BioShock 2 podcast he talked about?
I believe it's this one - www.mixcloud.com/bioshock2communitypodcasts/
@@MayorHairBear thank you! I will definitely give this a listen, it'll help when I inevitably make a BioShock video lol!
First off dope video and bio shock 1&2 were absolute classics but man do I remember those pvp matches in 2 with waterfall ice/freeze combo’s
BioShock 2 is actually the best BioShock game. I said it and I’m sticking with it.
The second one is special, so special
Surprisingly, I enjoy infinite, but when I played burial, everything became illogical, and I went from loving infinite to hating infinite.
My favourite game. Bio 2 is also great. Actually i love them both! Especially Minervas den! Multiplayer was also fantastic imo! Yes, the best way to play us to listen to all audiodiarys! Amazing games!
The amount you get for rescuing little sister and harvesting them don't differ too much
Played the Bioshock collection all 3 games back to back about 4 months ago and i have to say all 3 are great we really need a 4th.
which one did you enjoy the most?
@@kevin41780 the first one
Would you kindly
Also I didn’t know that, I’m gonna need to watch your retrospectives on them, I love your style of vids
dark souls 🤮🤮
Great video. Love your content man!
I love these games and played em all and still learned stuff about the games through the video great watch
Thank you mate, glad you enjoyed the video!
The 1st is my favorite game of all time I will always support the series until it destroys itself and me with it
Part of the ship, part of the crew 😂
Great video, as per usual.
I'm curious, you said you're not American, are you a fellow Canadian perchance?
Thank you mate! I'm Australian
I can't wait to watch this tonight!
I hope you enjoy it mate!
Yo bioshock came out on the same day I was born what the hell.
Damn, way to make someone feel old mate 😂
Man, I still vividly remember Bioshock Infinite's gameplay reveal trailer. From the belltower suspended by hot air balloons falling and Booker levitating a shotgun and firing it to Booker taking a swig of the murder of crows and my favorite part "CHARLES, ATTEND!"
I genuinely don't believe I've ever been more excited for a game.
Guess I have to subscribe now since you asked so nicely. Also the bishock collection is 10 bucks on switch, heck of a deal
Thank you mate, that is a heck of a deal!
Today I finish bioshock trilogy and oh boy what a journey it was, I love every game for different reasons
My ranking it would be
3. Bioshock Infinite : It is almost like a spin off, the strategy is present but in a different way, maybe because the levels are a lot more open, the story is beautiful and the character of Elizabeth is amazing [she only wanted to go to Paris ]
2. Bioshock: an horror game with a lot of brain, it has his problems like hacking or that some weapons becomes useless at the end of the game, or how shooting feel... weird.
Still one of the Best games of all time
1. Bioshock 2: If Bioshock 1 is the brain the 2 is the heart, I now 1 it is the one the introduce all the mechanics but 2 perfected, is just a perfect sequel, better gameplay, better hacking, better weapons, charge plasmids, world building
Many people talk about how the lack of plotwist is a bad thing but I don't think so, it's okay not having a plotwist in every entry we are not in M Night Shyamalan movie. But if You want that you have the Minerva's Den one, which is pretty good
Bioshock and Witcher series, along with RDD2 are the games i wish my brain will forget so i can experience that pure joy every fking second 😥
I have never played the DLC for Infinite and this video made me regret that decision. It seems like it would really improve the experience.
But as it stands, I was kinda disappointed by Infinite.
So they're ranked in reverse order of release.
3. Infinite
2. Bioshock 2
1. Bioshock
Burial at Sea is really good, highly recommend!
Damn seems that pipe game fucked him up more than I thought haha
Bioshock will always be my top 3 favorite games
I want to take the ears off, but I can't.💀 If you know, you know.
I just bought the remastered collection and accidentally started on hard for the first game, now I'm just doing it with no vita chambers
Never even played the game, it's quite enjoyable though
That's a hell of a challenge for a first playthrough, enjoy mate!
@@MayorHairBear I've actually have been doing pretty well, the Big Daddies have given me the most trouble lmao
@@artheals8869 I agree. Ryan is a great character. In Bioshock 2, you do get more of him though dealing with Lamb and also dealing with Porter.
The multiplayer was a lot of fun back in the day! Incredible game and series
Wait a minute you recorded this video in 2019 and edited it for 3 years?
I know, I'm real slow when it comes to editing 😂
Just watched your 30 platinum video it was amazing if you are taking recommendations I recommend getting platinum in hollow knight and Celeste
Hollow Knight would be a good one to add to the collection, I've heard it's a tough one!
Thank you for this Friend!👏👏✊💯
Thank you for watching mate!
Awesome videos bro
Thank you mate!
If anyone hasn’t read the bioshock book you can listen to it on RUclips and gives really good context on rapture being built and the decline. I don’t remember if the devs actual say it’s cannon or just fan fiction basically but it’s a good book even if you’ve never played bioshock
To this day I’ll never understand why critics at the time criticized 2 but circle jerked infinite
Different = Better automatically, apparently 😂
I don't think Infinite gets enough love. It is probably my favorite in the series (while I do love all 3) and Elizabeth and Booker are interesting characters to me.
I really enjoy Infinite and I also think it deserves a bit more love but out of the series I still prefer 1 and 2
i love bioshock all of the games being my favorite of all time but i dont understand the hate for bioshock 2 in my opinion it gave more of bioshock 1 which is my favorite game
..yes it’s pronounced eve not eevie.. as in, Adam & eve?
my frend i agree weth u on bioshock 2 is a amazing game the only bad part has ben cut out in the trilogy
Bioshock 2 is so damn good!
I really cannot wait for Bioshock 4 if it will ever come, by far this is my favourite game series of all time. Having played all of them all the way through several time I have never known a Single Player game campaign styled game to have as much replayability as the Bioshock series.
You should check out dying light and the infamous games
I have been looking very closely at my Infamous copies lately, that'd be a fun one! Dying Light would be too but the sequel just came out recently so I need some time between playthroughs
I would love to see this done for red dead redemption
1:00:22
Infinite had faulty auto save feature.
I could beat three levels, and it would put me ALL the way back. NOT FUN.
Am I the only 1?
I've not heard of that issue but that suck mate!
My brother had a similar issue from what I saw there's no real way to fix it sadly
I loved Bioshock, I liked Bioshock II and I hated Bioshock Infinite.
lovely video 💙🌼
Thank you!
He said it he said it
Bioshock was the first video game I finished on my own before it my dad or sister would help me to say I was super proud beating atlas was understatement now I know that it just because he was mega weak💀
Super great full tho because it gave me the confidence to play other games
I want to avoid spoilers despite pop-cultural osmosis having lead to spoilerous sprinkles lodging themselves into my brain throughout the years, but i'll have this video on a muted tab on in the background for the views for you.
Thank you mate, I appreciate that!
Game Changing yes, but you are still trapped by Nostalgia. Bioshock 1 and 2 have many many flaws.
sure the games have their flaws and may be a bit dated but tbh, they aren't as bad as the flaws most modern day games suffer from.
ironically no matter how much nostalgia may affect an outlook on the bioshock series as a whole. we saw how much better 1 & 2 were compared to infinite. i genuinely remember playing infinite for the first time right after having gone through 1 & 2, and having a confusing time with it. i couldnt figure out if i hated it because of how wack it felt story wise, or if i thought it was alright cause of the graphics and gameplay at the time. and replaying it as of recently, has evoked the same feelings.
Would you kindly stop uploading banger after banger 🙏❤️
I'm sorry I cannot 😂
Burial at sea is on the bottom of my list. Creates so many plot holes. But I hate how the art style isn't even art deco. They got all the architecture wrong from the first 2 games. It's way too scifi instead of a believable kind of city.
The only issue with bioshock 2 is that the characters are boring compared to the first game. I like the design of the little sisters from the first game better too. Some players would see the little sisters as poor sickly children. And some players would see them as little goblins. That's why they brought them back in bioshock burial at sea.
The most replayable in my opinion is bioshock 1. There are so many little details in the story that can be missed on a first play through
Infinite was my favourite
yo thats actually like 15 years old
I have never gotten the bad ending because of the little sister's
Constants and varables
I think it's crazy how many plot holes Bioshock Infinite has.
Like I see some that NOBODY ever talks about when I look up lists of plot holes.
Let's call Booker's original university A
Let's call the main Comstocks universe B.
Infinite is my absolute favorite. I love the gameplay so much, especially vigor combos. Undertow and Charge with the fully upgraded shotgun is OP.
16* years
not often that i find someone who shares a similar ranking for the bioshocks. for me, infinite IS a brilliant game, BUT to me, it's a bad bioshock. it abandons some of the unique aspects of gameplay from the previous games for "modern standards". it also abandons one of the key aspects of of the series to go the literally opposite direction, the fact that choice matters. that coupled with burial at sea felt like their integration into the rest of the series felt forced. also, in certain areas, it felt like they purposefully went against BS2.
I have to be honest infinite was the only game in the series which I would’ve quit if the gameplay wasn’t so fun, I have a feeling it would be a lot better to me on a second playthrough.
Please, make a vídeo about dead space games
Dead Space would be a great one, I'll definitely try and make that happen this year!
what kind of psychopath play games on max FOV ?!
The game is 16 year's old
