Great reaction, I love seeing more people getting into the band. A few songs I would recommend to see some of their range in styles would be Mummy Dust, Rats, and Kaisarion. As we say, if you have Ghost, you have everything! 🤘

This song makes so many Ghost fans, including myself, feel seen. The lyrics call to our souls and help us to feel less alone. It's so fun watching you both discover the greatness that is Ghost. I highly recommend listening to Life Eternal. Its such a beautiful song.

You say people don't know what CD's are, but it's funny you say that on a Ghost reaction. Once you're able to dig into Ghost's website and merch you'll see that they still sell VINYL RECORDS. They release new ones all the time, to the point of having the same album in many different colors of vinyl. I think it's a huge money maker, as we all want the obscure and collectable ones. They even sell a Ghost-branded record player, though I've read that it's not something you'd buy for the quality of it's sound.
YOUNG people no longer use CDs, so the younger they get, the less likely they are to have even seen one. Vinyl has made a huge comeback and are actually selling more than CDs overall these days. They are also more expensive and have become hugely popular. I guess "retro" has its advantage. Lol Thank you so much for viewing and engaging. Tobias Forge writes songs like many other Swedish contemporary songwriters, in so far that the mix of heavy music and the legacy of e.g. ABBA is quite obvious. Many of the Swedish writers behind Ariana Grande, Back Street Boys, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga and others have been in metal bands in their youth. Recommend Ghost 'He is' as a good song that is very different, playful and the video is very special.
Indeed. And that mix of Pop and "harder" rock genres is just GOLD! Gives you a bit of the darker, heavier, along with fun and catchy. I was not sure if I wanted to listen to Ghost, but now I want to watch the movie Carrie once again. 🔥 I thought, Ghost would be heavier. I want to listen to more.
That's what happened to me (Itai). I thought Ghost were a much heavier metal band and only started hearing their music on our show. We've now done about 4 reactions to their songs and I'm hooked. Kind of looks like him, but I don't think it's him. I'm not 100% sure but I think it has something to do with some 70's European Horror Films... We initially got it for the hair, as we needed to match it to an actor's hair for a scene on our wacky comedy feature film "The Bruised Spring's Teens". I'd love to know its true origins myself. Lol.
