Salt 2g (⅔ Tsp)
Water 145g (½ Cup+ 2 Tbsp)
Oil 10g (1 Tbsp) (Greasing The Dough)

Scallion 20g (1 Piece)
Garlic 5g (2 Cloves)
Star Anise 1 Point
Sichuan Peppercorn 3 Whole Ones
Tomato 280g (1 Piece)
Green Raddish 100g
Potato 130g (1 Piece)
Light Soy Sauce 4g (1 Tsp)

Chicken Bouillon Powder 2g (½ Tsp)
