Because of you... Every day I get in my 10,000 steps. I carry a small freezer bag with chopped hot dogs, sausage, and hamburger to give some pampering to the countless abandoned dogs and cats I encounter in cities like Skopje, Pristina, Athens, and beyond. It feels good doing something that may be the only bright spot in their day. Thanks for the inspiration!

Living in the US, we are inundated with media from every angle about politics, the cost of living, the cost of healthcare, crime, Insurance and other things... and the cost of maintaining a decent life here has become ridiculous. If you post anything on SM that is honest and open you get attacked for even thinking about going abroad. People really believe that the US is the greatest country in the world.. and I am watching it crumble around me and thinking that they just have their head in the sand or something. I make a decent living, and my house is paid for, but to retire here would be disastrous because of all those things. I like your channel because of the constant positive message you bring. And the view.

When Im alone walking I go to Introspection, that voice (my higher self )at times of chaos needs redirected, and now I've become wiser by experience, to direct that voice to the exit door because fear, and frustration, and hopelessness is not part of my plan. Overcoming and adapting. We come in alone, and we will depart from here alone. So no worries. Kept alot of fears on relocating from my family, purposely to find strength. If my dividend stocks crash and their pay out is cut in half...I still make $45k a year....I'll take that chance vs working a 9-5...

Dividends pay right through recessions and depression

@Java62PR To still make $45k a year on dividend stocks from which payout is cut in half after a stock crash, you need a substantial amount of money invested in them. And not only the payout could be halved, the company stock price itself could plummet.

@@RetireandGo stocks will crash, because they are way overpriced and people are too greedy, they have FOMO.
