That guy that owns the skydiving place basically said the first few deaths bothered him but as more people died at his business he got used to it….. that’s just insane
He basically saying it’s a dangerous sport people die oh well, I mean yes that’s true but if your a sky dive facility everything needs to be done by the book and keep up to date.
I cried for Symaria and her family. Such a sad but sweet story. I pray he releases some of that guilt. Prayers for this beautiful family. God always takes the best ones first. Fly high beautiful Symaria!
The young man that died parachuting is a very sad story & the sky dive center is 100% liable, which the court already determined, if the owner can't pay the 40 million he owes and doesn't carry liability insurance for these deaths the court should order to shut this business down, and prevent the owner from opening any new businesses of any kind.
I feel so bittersweet about the young girl’s death and how she saved her father’s life!! The man who survived the extreme head trauma is incredible!!! He is a very special man who appreciates his life and his beautiful family!!! I love his spirit!!! God bless all of these survivors!!!!!

I hope she will sue them and the place gets shut down - how horrible - this was no accident but human error - that owner should be in prison for his negligence - it's his responsibility to provide a safe environment

The daughter who died and her kidney went to her father had already died. The father didn't cause her death and if she knew how sick he had been when she was alive she would have wanted to give him her kidney right then.He has part of her with him forever. No guilt needed!
I don't know how I would feel if I was in the father's place on taking his daughters kidney. She would want him to have it I don't doubt that. He has a piece of her with him for the rest of his life. That is something not too many ppl can say that have lost a child. 😢 That old man at the sky diving place is horrible! He doesn't care about anyone but himself. I wouldn't ever go to that place. You have a 50/50 chance of surviving, no thanks! One thing I was unclear on is if they didn't do a very good job on training you what to do in the beginning why go ahead and do the jump?! I would think that would be a red flag...... That lock jaw my sister has had before, she had to go to the er and they put her out because she wasn't relaxing enough on muscle relaxers, she said it was painful.

To the father who lost his daughter and received her kidney, I can't imagine what you're going through, but I want to say that God loves you and has a plan for you. He wants you to rejoice. He knows your pain and has a plan for you. Take peace in knowing that you'll see your daughter again.

Usually you have to sign a waiver that says you won’t sue.
But it sounds like they had negligence claim, the tandem jumper was not licensed to be one.
