    My most challenge since covid and then the vax is the inflamtion in the lymbic system. Like I'm drunk, what can you advise or help me direct me on how to overcome this everyday feeling

      @@noordinaryexperience7815 you do so my first building safety with emotion. Slowly, gently cultivating familiarity and safety with how it shows up in mind and body. Having resources in place to support and access. It’s a small step at a time, never rushing, never forcing. Like dipping your toe into the pool of grief and emotions and then taking it out and anchoring to the dry land again.
