I remember her when she was singing with the Northwest's rhythm band (before Manhattan Transfer). I grew up in a neighboring town near Seattle... She is amazing... And, she came our of Mt Vernon!! Stunningly gorgeous place with huge tulip fields...surrounded by mountains and glacier cut bays.
alex70max I have the album " My Funny Valentine" by Eddie Higgins & Scott Hamilton. Please try.... You'd be so nice to come home to / Eddie Higgins Quartet feat Scott Hamilton
***** Thank you. I will look out for this. Scott Hamilton is also one of my favorites. By the way, have you heard Gerry Mulligan's "Festive Minor"? The Gerry Mulligan Quartet: Festive Minor

Man can she sing!! She has the ability as a jazz singer to be able to be incredibly musical and still tell the story.
What a classic voice for jazz. I love listening to her wow.
I love the walking bass.
She is a great solo performer
Absolutely sensational, Cheryl ! You're the very best.
Fabulous!
Best version ever. Wow.
Not really.

I agree with Hammett75. Listened to Julie London's version and can't say it's as good as this one.
This is an absolutely breathtaking version!!. But I am not surprised as the Japanese jazz girl singers are just great!!!
George Kohn I apologize!! This singer was not Japanese, but I still stand by my opinion!
