I remember her when she was singing with the Northwest's rhythm band (before Manhattan Transfer). I grew up in a neighboring town near Seattle... She is amazing... And, she came our of Mt Vernon!! Stunningly gorgeous place with huge tulip fields...surrounded by mountains and glacier cut bays.

Man can she sing!! She has the ability as a jazz singer to be able to be incredibly musical and still tell the story.
