I have an lq4 with 799 heads milled .035 and same cam going in a car about the same weight but was thinking about a 3200 converter, how do think it would perform with the 3200 in an 80e? How's driveability with the 3600?
Mitchell Simmonds I want to say it was 370-380awhp and like 402awtq. Was maxing out the stock injectors so it would have made more with bigger injectors

Blew the engine in mine, replacing it with a 6.0 cast iron block with a stage 2 cam. Hope mines sounds like this after tuning

Jamie Hicks I loved the 3600 stall for daily driving. Most people wish they went to a 3600 after putting in a smaller stall.

Yes stock trans. Still going strong. It all depends on the tune. Have a built 4l80 waiting to go in for when it does fail
