Mostly, 저는. 😊 If it's important that it's you, then you use 제가 (Let me do it: 제가 할게요 / "I" told you so!: 제가 말했잖아요!)

Good explanation, but please address the Korean counterpart of "a"/"the" in the following situation. "A book is on the desk. The book is big". Would Korean use "은/는"/"이/가" in the same way. For example, would the prior sentence be translated as "책은 책상에 있어요. 책이 커요."?
